We needed a skim coat, texturing, holes patched, and corner beads. Alex and Roberto's work came out amazing, making our kitchen look so much better. We asked for them to leave the coverings up so that we could do the painting ourselves later. Instead, Roberto took down their dirty coverings, cleaned everything up very nicely, and then re-taped and covered everything back up with new coverings. Very cool! They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. The disappointing thing was that after the estimate, I called and Michelle told me I would have an estimate within 24-48 hours. I ended up cancelling with them after 4 days of no estimate. If there was some kind of issue, please communicate that with your customers.
