I do not recommend this company. I went through them for a bathroom remodeling project. Some things…read morewent wrong so I started watching them on one of my indoor cameras. I saw Doug, one of two owners of this company, mess around with my broken door for a while then curse at himself, "Fuuu*k!" angrily with a pissed face. I suspected one of his workers broke my door and when I brought it up to him, he said it was the home restoration people, the other people doing the other work on my home, who broke my door, not his people. He tried to give me his logic on why it wasn't his people/him. If he or his people aren't responsible, then why did he obsess over trying to fix my door and why did he look distraught and say "Fuuu*k!" to himself angrily? I was watching him the whole time.
Also, he was looking at the stuff laid out on my couch next to the bathroom that was placed there as work was being done on my home by this company and the home restoration people. The stuff he was particularly focused on was my wall painting. He kept looking and touching the corner of it, like something was wrong. He never told me what it was. The way he acted, it was like he was hiding something. When I inspected my painting, it was chipped. These are two instances where he was acting shady, like he can't be trusted.
Then, he had the NERVE to tell me, when Justin the other owner was there with him to inspect the damaged door, "Remember... I'M the one that TOLD YOU about the broken door!" while pointing his finger at me aggressively, AFTER I WATCHED HIM TRY TO FIX MY DOOR AND ACT LIKE HE WAS GUILTY ABOUT IT.
What disappoints me the most about this company is that Justin was so caring and professional and assured me that they will always do the right thing because that's how you earn business, even if it means breaking even and not profiting. He said they've gone through a situation where they did something wrong on a project and had to do right by the customer, so they had to spend money and lose profit to fix it, just so they don't ruin their reputation and can earn others' business by doing the right thing. Yet, Doug ruined all that by standing his ground about not fixing some of the things that went wrong. Another thing that went wrong, by the way, was that the grout in the shower cracked. When I showed it, he said in order to fix it, they'd have to redo the tiles and grout and "that's gonna cost us a lot of money." It wasn't fixed.
Also, I fed Doug the first 2-3 days he came out to do the project and we established good rapport (even though he kept complaining about how he's too old to be doing this work and doesn't want to do this at his age anymore), but once I started pointing out the things that were wrong, he started insinuating that I did them or the other workers did them. I watched him on camera a few times after he lost my trust.
The only good thing I have to say about them is that Justin was great at helping me design the layout of my bathroom and select the products. He did a particularly great job at finding the perfect vanity that would fit the dimensions of my tiny bathroom.
Upon first glance, you'd think Doug did a great job of my bathroom. However, further inspection would show flaws and a damaged door. I ended the project with them even though they EVENTUALLY offered to fix my door, because I didn't want to deal with them anymore and wanted them out of my house already. I managed to convince the other people to fix it.
I'm so disappointed with how my working relationship with them ended. Doug didn't have to get aggressive. He didn't have to blame me for the things that went wrong that I didn't do (I didn't even use the restroom while they did the project). I was trying to support small businesses and this is the quality of service I get.
