When you call either DSW customer service or the corporate office, all you get is Nova, their virtual assistant, who is long on platitudes and provides no service. I ended up finding one suit that I wasn't a huge fan of but ending up purchasing incase I could not find anything else. I knew I would not wear it again due to the style and lack of belt loops but I bought it anyway. I paid $200. Fortunately, a couple days later I revisited JC Penney and was able to purchase TWO full pants suits for LESS than the price of the one. And the two I later found I can wear regularly as I was comfortable with the style. I ended up returning the Macy's suit and the return process was super easy at the customer service desk. All of the employees on both visits were super friendly and helpful. I just feel like the prices here are a lot considering the prices at other comparable stores.
