I am a fan of the merchandise and you can find great deals and products. I will say they are getting better in the employee / management department which I have not been a big fan of. In the past they were Rude and always breaking stuff, which was annoying and shows no regard for the company. When I saw how terrible manager was, it was clear why the store had such bad energy. The last few visits, it looks like a new manager was in her place. For the 1st time, I had 2 separate employees ask me if I needed help. It looks like with new leadership and direction... I go to this store quite often but never experienced this level of customer service before because Juby went above and beyond. My sister was in town and literally bought $1,200 worth of products for her daughter heading back to school. Juby pulled product from the floor for us, found what we needed and also gave us a discount because one of the furniture item had a defect. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and overall kind in making our shopping experience amazing. She was so amazing I came back to the store later that same day and purchased a swinging bench for my birthday. I hesitated because the of them price but Juby answered all my questions and I felt good about the purchase. Home Goods is very fortunate to have an employee that knows her job but also knows the value of excellence customer service and that's why I came back for the bench. She wrapped all the cushion in large bags so they wouldn't get dirty, had an employee help my husband put parts in the car and put aside the canapé we left behind while getting so excited it fit in the SUV. She had it wrapped up and ready for us when we realized we left it behind! Overall it was such a great experience as I tell my friends and family to shop there. Came here on a Thursday afternoon - shelves were messy and the already narrow aisles were often blocked with merchandise. No one approached me to ask if I needed help with anything so my interaction with the staff was minimal. The store wasn't too busy and I like to take my time to browse but the tiny aisles made me feel like I was constantly in someone's way. read more

We checked out with Marreul or Marriel was her name. She told us to stand at the red line to purchase our items. We couldn't reach the counter or the credit card machine. She told us to then come up to the register to pay and then told us to move back again. That's never happened while shopping there ever I've been over 3 times since Covid and the checkers never tell me to purchase my items from the red line. She told us to not place items where the paper was either which left no room to place items. She did not want to check us out at all her attitude was so poor if I could've spoke with a manager I would've. read more

I've been coming here for the last two years and never left empty handed. I just recently moved and purchased almost all my home decor from here. However my most recent experience put a sour taste in my mouth. I found the perfect dog bed however it had a bad stain on it. I asked "Judy" for a discount or manager to come look at it. She said that the store is an off priced so that should make it even. I insisted that I have a manager to look at it because it was the last bed in the store and I don't want to pay full price for a bed with a stain on it. She offered me a dollar off. It had a cat ear that was not properly placed and upon check out asked for a discount. Greg was called to the front of the store and saw the cat house and immediately looked at me and laughed..yes laughed. Then followed with at look and said "seriously?!" Said it twice and gave me a dollar off just to stick it to me for making him come ALL the way up to the front. Making a trip to homegoods is like being a kid in a candy store.. It's always so exciting! You can find so many unique items from home decor to hard to find goodies. They are constantly changing there items so it is a place you will want to visit more then once. If you look hard enough you can find really good deals. Even without finding a deal, their prices are still great and sure beats paying a fortune for the same thing you would find in pier imports. I truly wish that they had more locations in the area. I'm generally not interested in anything this store has to offer, but my fiancee is. This means that I'm occasionally unable to dodge a trip here. It's not a terrible place to spend time for somebody like me. They have tons of unique items to peruse, along with some really interesting kitchen items like spices and sauces that you don't find most places. They have interesting seasonal kitsch which I always wander through. For instance, this year they had a two-foot-tall chocolate Santa. Aside from my wanderings, my fiancee likes this store as it is a place to find reasonably priced, decent quality kitchen items. Ehhh super cluttered. Clearance = broken. No staff on floor. I've seen nicer thrift stores. But prices are amazing.

Now this Homegoods is typically smaller (but messier) than the one off Rosecrans and a bit more crowded but it's nice to come here later in the evenings or on a week day. I stopped by Friday and it was pretty crowded but still managed to find unique items. I did not get the managers name but I must say he was the most helpful and sweetest man yesterday 11/13. He helped almost every customer who was waiting in line to check out (they got extremely busy in the checkout lane) and was even walking around asking if everyone was ok and needed help. read more

This place is great! A place that you can just walk around and get lost in so many goodies! They are constantly getting in new shipments and they do a great job of changing the seasons. It is the closest Home Goods to me. It isn't huge but they really fit a lot of a stuff in the building. I often find that the workers there are very helpful and available. They are a little slow in checking out but that is usually because they have to wrap up all of the fragile things people buy. The store is almost always crowded but if you go on the weekends, beware- it is a mad house! When you enter the store, you are now greeted by candles and home decorations in front of you, bathroom stuff to your right and kitchen/vases on your left. In the far back you will find their pet stuff and furniture. This is a good Home Goods store and they often take lots of my money! read more

Some nice stuff in the store, some good deals some not that great if you bargain shop. Parking lot and store are both cramped on space.

Reserve at least one or two hours in your schedule, because you'll be shocked by massive store selection and hundreds of useful accessories for kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. I had some time to kill after lunch at Naked Cafe so I spent about an hour walking around the store. Home Goods is part of TJ Maxx. The best way to describe it is to take the home section of Marshalls and TJ Maxx and expand it to the size of a regular store. I did find three things that were good deals and it just so happened that I did need those particular items. It looks like this place is frequented by interior designers and ladies who like to decorate. I think it's a great place for gifts since there is a large, eclectic assortment of items. read more

Homegoods is my happy place. They have EVERYTHING and wonderful deals on home decor and dog accessories. Half of my home is from homegoods! You will find things here that you cannot find at any other discount store. I've found so many original pieces to decorate my home. I recently bought shelving. They were originally priced $20 but because of how beat up they were, the manager gave them both to me for $10 and I refinished them. They're looking gorgeous near my vanity to display my perfumes and nail polish. Homegoods is literally my recipe for a beautiful trendy and unique home! They also have a large children's book section so my daughter is always happy to leave with a new book. I could go on for hours. This is where I come when I've had a bad day or I'm stressed, or when there is just nothing to do. I have never walked out with nothing in my hand. Always makes me smile read more

I love this store. It's my go-to place for all things Home Decor. Sometimes I find things from Z-Gallerie at half the price. Everytime people come over my house and see something they like, it's almost always from Home Goods. I highly recommend you stop by before going to those expensive dept. stores. They sell everything for you, your child, and even your dog. Of course, I never see men in this store. haha I have to say though that their parking lot is small and crammed, otherwise, they would've gotten 5 stars. It's a rare day when I leave without a purchase. I'm not sure why, but after walking through their front doors, I suddenly need random things for the house.
