We actually used the store owner, Juli, for interior design of our complete remodel. She has vast experience in furniture, space planning, and all the current design trends. We also had her select all paint colors, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, flooring, tile, you name it if it was a textile or a color she was selecting it. Juli uses her vast network of suppliers and passes along her discount pricing to her clients. We interviewed several interior designers before meeting and selecting Juli, and we highly recommend her for your interior design needs!!!

Seems like I missed the chaos of the opening because parking was easy and the store was not packed. The store was clean and well organized. I didn't need help but I saw staff members happily helping other customers. There were a lot of great items. The checkout lines were a bit long but they are at all of the rack stores and this one being new adds to that. It moved pretty fast though. I have been shopping at rack stores for many, many years. They used to have more items that came directly from Nordstrom's vs made for the rack stores. That being said, you can still find great deals. I'm so happy this store is located so close to me and I don't have to drive long distances to get there anymore.

Not only did she help me figure out my size, she also helped me find cropped pants that would be full-length on me. A bonus to shopping here is she scanned the website for sales on the items I was buying today; I appreciated the effort. A HUGE negative to shopping here is that they don't carry "petite" lengths in the store. However, she took the time to order pants from their website that will be sent to my home in about 5 days. Overall, I am huge on good customer service and I am very happy with my experience here. I will definitely be back. Pros: - friendly and helpful - tons of parking - will help you shop online, free shipping Cons: - Order Tracking link in email confirmation doesn't work - not many varying lengths for jeans in-store - getting pricey (jeans are 80$ now)

From other reviews on here this seems to be on ongoing issue with the employees. It's all about the TRAINING!!! I like the clothes but I just can't see giving money to this establishment when the employees can't engage. I walked in yesterday and there were two employees who never once said one thing to me. I walked around picked up something I was going to buy and then I put it back because no one spoke to me. This has not been the first time no one has spoken to me. I walked out and down the street and made purchases at two other boutiques because they were friendly and engaging. Please teach your staff how to be kind and welcoming to all. It's really not that hard. The women working here don't seem to care about customer service or they don't know how to engage with customers because they haven't been trained. I still have a gift card to use here and it will be awhile before I decide to use it or give it to someone else.
