The texture is nice and light almost that of a whipped cheesecake. I did find out you can call ahead 48 hrs to place a custom order which i definitely plan on doing as their Crème brûlée and Bailey's cheesecakes were screaming my name. They also are great at getting breakfast to your door early, which makes trips to Montreal so much easier, especially if you're going for work.
