This place was so fun and delicious. I felt like I was in Italy again. The service was very friendly considering you may not know what to get or take a minute to order, didn't feel rushed. We got the Caffe Freddo with sugar and the Latte Freddo with sugar and both were icey and very good espressos. We also got a pistachio croissant that wasn't overly sweet but the filling was Devine. We got the cookies that look like an S and they were an orange cookie and our favorite. The pistachio amaretto cookie was good but best to dunk in a hot coffee. The kids both got gelato and I have to say it was so close to Italian gelato! Love this place.
We randomly walked by this place and noticed it was super popular. I honestly had no idea what I was ordering but noticed it being ordered a lot. It's the coffee crema. I thought it was an ice coffee of sort, but actually it's more a coffee ice cream. It was delicious in every way.
Quaint little coffee shop in Old Montreal. A variety of coffee drinks and a nice selection of pastries, croissants, etc. Can get quite busy so be prepared for a line especially in the early morning. Delightful!

On our first visit we chatted with a man in line who said he went literally 3 times in one day with this wife during their whole trip here and got the same thing each time - a caffè crema. My husband and I were originally going to get an affogato but we switched our order to this instead. A caffe crema is like an espresso thick milkshake but even better than what I am describing. It was a perfect treat to stroll along old Montreal! We came back just like the man in line multiple times during our stay as well for this item! Beautiful location too!
Food are delicious, cappuccino is solid here, service is very fast even though it is a very long line, the longest line I have seen in a coffee place. You have to try the tiramisu, its one of the best I have had in a long time.
I followed the TikTok hype and decided to check it out while visiting Montreal. Im so happy I fell for the hype! It was snowing all morning and we powered through and made it. It's located near the old port so it's a very good location. It's not that big so seating is limited. We had the latte and the taste wasnt bad, but not what I was expecting. I wish I would have looked at the menu beforehand because I saw customers with some delicious looking coffee. We also tried the mortadella sandwich and omg this was so good. The pistachio cream in between the mortadella was simply delicious. The staff were friendly and the cafe shop was easy to find. A must try in Montreal. I would definitely come back if I visit again!
On my last day in Montreal, I had to try Cafe Olimpico. I visited around 10:30am on a Monday and there was a decent line. This location isn't very big and have limited seating. I was so sad when they ran out of their Pistachio Croissant! I would have expected that there would be more pastries available for such a popular spot. I went for the Pistachio Bombalone instead. It was fluffy and it had a good amount of sweet pistachio cream. The coffee honestly wasn't anything that special to me. I enjoyed it but it wasn't memorable. I felt like the baristas could've been nicer too.
Fantastic! It's hard to find a cup of coffee that blows you away like this. Milk is steamed to perfection, perfectly silky. The espresso is potent and smooth, combining perfectly with milk to make a delicious, almost chocolatey treat. I also tried their baked goods, which were not too sweet. Everything is priced very reasonably for the quality. This place is a real coffee shop. I don't think you need to bother with any other coffee places around! Service was absolutely no frills.
This place is VERY popular and for a reason. Good coffee and very nice service. We came on a Saturday afternoon (5pm) and it was PACKED! We were a group of 10 people so sitting was challenging but we figured it out between 2 tables. It's loud here so keep that in mind and it's not really a "chill" kinda vibe it's more like to go and really walk around but it was fine
I was shocked how hard it was to find a coffee shop other than Dunkin open at 6am. Thankfully I came across this place that I had walked by the night prior. Short line, single person staffing shop, but he was on it. Clearly this was a place where locals come as he had orders being made as he saw people coming up and was talking to a few of them. Very friendly and very efficient. A couple good pastry options. My espresso came out pretty quick and was perfect. Temperature wasn't blistering hot, it was smooth, and just perfect to start my day. If you are an early riser, or just like coffee I would definitely check this place out.
The perfect coffee shop and pastry experience! I had the cafe latte hot which was simplistic but smooth, creamy, and perfect amount of coffee flavor. I also had the affogato which I would not skip out on - i had it with the pistachio ice cream and it was such a delicious treat but you could also get it with vanilla or chocolate. Service was fast despite the busy long line and very friendly in assisting with orders. The ambiance is modern casual with a sporty Olympic theme, very limited seating, would recommend grabbing and go!

This is a MUST TRY if you are ever in the Montreal area. I saw this on Instagram and I'm sure lots of other people did since the place was very busy. Every location I went to was full but the line goes by quickly. This specific location is in old Montreal so if you're doing sightseeing it's a great spot to chill. The cafe crema is insane. The texture and flavor of this is something I've never had before. The coffee flavor is strong but not offensively strong. Even if you're not a fan of coffee I'd still suggest you try it. The affogato was lovely with the espresso and gelato mixing it creates that lovely icy texture on the outside. It is more pricey so I'd say the safe crema is the way to go. read more
I stumbled upon this gem around the corner from my hotel under less-than-ideal circumstances--we were heading out at the crack of dawn for a 13-hour tour to Quebec City, and my hotel's breakfast (promised at 6 AM) was MIA at 6:20. Panic mode. Thankfully, this place saved the day with its warm and inviting ambiance. We grabbed coffees and croissants, and the owner was quick and efficient, getting us sorted in no time. Even at that ungodly hour, there were already two locals and a dog chatting with the patron--always a good sign of a neighborhood favorite. Can't complain at all. I'm in Vieux Montreal for a few more days and will definitely be back. read more

When I first walked in there was a line to order but it moved very fast. At coffee shops I usually get a vanilla latte with almond milk, so when the worker informed me that they only carry regular milk and oat milk, no flavors, and no syrups, I wasn't quite sure what to order. The only option left (per my preferences) was an oat milk latte so that's what I ordered. However, I'm SO glad that I was basically forced to choose this, because I think it was the best latte I've ever had in my life. I was so tempted to go back for a second cup and looking back now, I wish I had!! The flavor of the coffee itself was unlike any other coffee I've tried and the drink - while simple - was delicious. 10/10 read more
We came to this spot for the affogato and really loved it. It's Nutella, vanilla, or pistachio ice cream, served with an espresso poured over, and a piece of cannoli cookie on top. While in line the cannoli also caught our eye and I can't recommend it enough. It's creamy and delicious and small enough to be the perfect little bite. I would give the coffee a 4.5 if I could. I would definitely recommend getting the remix if you like your coffee in the sweeter and creamier side. The inside is really cute and it's like an old coffee shop vibe. The people were also really nice and were happy to help with anything I asked. read more

If we didn't stop a local to find this place, we would have missed this absolute diamond in the rough! I know traveling adds that certain charm, but this was magical beyond words. Seated in the oldest part of Montreal, this building carry so much history. It's absolutely charming! What makes it even better is the absolutely positively hands-down best coffee! The service is wonderful, but you do have to wait a little because everything is handcrafted and freshly brewed, and art fully made. You can even bring home some coffee for your coffee machine, Nespresso machine or K cup machine... Which I highly recommend ! read more

We loved this little coffee and dessert shop. The coffee tastes amazing and the affogato I got was icing on the cake. I really appreciated the way the servers behind the counter treated us as if they knew us for years and gave us the best service. They were personable, attentive, quick, seemed to enjoy their work, and made the experience that much better. The tiramisu was delicious but I really did enjoy my affogato with pistachio gelato and an empty shell cannoli on top. I could've spent the whole day here. It's cozy and the coffee really does have a well rounded full bodied flavor. Love, love, love. read more

Next to the Hotel William Gray -you can find this very small Italian coffee shop with extremely nice barista and workers. The cafe drinks are made fresh to order and can be highly customized. The pastries were well presented -we got the lemon loaf and Bomboloni and then a ham sandwich. The lemon loaf was okay and comparable to Starbucks lemon loaf. The Bomboloni was filled with pistachio and was tasty. The ham sandwich was on a light crusty focaccia brew with a mustard pistachio spread --delicious. We would have given it 5 stars except that the lines are so long --like really long -that's you can't really sit in the cafe and enjoy the wonderful food experience. Highly recommended! I came across this place close to Hotel William Gray, and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! We ended up coming here a few times during our trip. This location is in Old Montreal, and I love how they have long opening hours (6 am to midnight). The cafe gets a lot of tourists, so English is pretty common when ordering. It's a small place with limited seating, so most orders are to go. The cappuccino was one of the best I ever had and highly recommend their baked pastries as well! The Nutella cannoli is so fresh. Glad this wasn't just a tourist trap and I can see why they're so popular. Amazing goods and service! read more

One of the best coffee shops I've ever been to! We were recommended to check out Cafe Olimpico and we were so glad we did. Very small shop (probably max 10 seats), with not much room to line up in either. Very succinct menu with such friendly baristas who are happy to answer any questions and provide and suggestions. The cannolis were freshly piped right in front of us and the other baked goods and sandwiches were all delicious. We are so glad we stopped by!! read more
