This place is certainly beautiful, located in the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, and there is quite a few places to sit, although you won't necessarily find a table. I wish the coffee was as impressive as the ambience - a bit too acid for my taste. The good: places to sit - mostly couch, good prices, large variety of drinks and milk alternatives The not so good: very busy at times (and slow), few tables available, acidic coffee

What a cute cafe inside Fairmont hotel lobby! I was so surprised when I saw the price tags. Things are cheaper than Starbucks and taste a lot better too. We got the croissant and chocolate croissant and both are buttery and flaky. I also tried out their soy latte and it was strong and fragrant. I would absolutely come back another morning before I do my sightseeing.

    Latte's, incredible designs!!

Fantastic coffee bar located in the lobby of the Queen E hotel! The line moves quickly and Batista's make beautiful foam designs. You can stand at the bar or have a seat in front of their fire pit. I think Krema is a hidden cozy gem, check it out!

Located in the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, a cozy cafe with plenty of seating. The servers are very friendly and all with thick Montreal accents . I got the Cafe Latte and a plain croissant (they only have plain or chocolate). A creamy good latte and a nothing special croissant. Not a place you go out of your way for but a nice place to stop by on your way to work or if you're a guest of the Fairmont.

A hotel lobby coffee shop that actually takes its coffee seriously? What a concept! I'm attending a conference at the Fairmont Reine Elizabeth, which necessarily requires significant caffeine loading. However, this place makes it much more than a utilitarian venture in caffeine delivery. They know their beans, they know their milk-to-foam ratios for different drinks, they have a nice variety of snacks and baked goods for those who want that with their coffee, and they're quick. What's not to like?

It's a coffee shop inside the Fairmount Hotel next to Bonaventure, in the heart of downtown. It is really crowded in early morning and I waited for an hour before the crazy lineup stops. I tried their latte and it was REALLY good, and one of the ladies in business attire commented on the superior quality of their coffee, saying that Krema got a reputation of being one of the top cafes of Montreal. I don't know if that is true, but for sure from my experience, I found their coffee great, but I was expecting them to show me their outstanding latte art, since they did a great number of unique designs for clients who took latte, but mine was a bit plain. This café is more designed for the people who stay at the hotel or passers by, not really a good spot to study. The interior decor is really lovely, I love it!

The location is very convenient for the travelers staying in the the fairmont hotel and really wanted a cup of coffee in that time. After shopping in Marché Artisans, we took a break lounged in the rocking chair and had two coffee. Signature drip coffee was normal but iced Americano was bland as colored water.

Great coffee, great staff, clean. Food is expensive but very good . Good stop if you're in downtown Montreal. Seating isn't comfortable.

It can get busy and the lines form out the door, but the pastries and coffee are worth it. We ordered the chocolate and pistachio filled croissants and donuts. I would rate both chocolate and pistachio filled croissants a 9/10 and the donut versions of each a 7/10. I felt the croissants tasted better and had more filling. We ordered the Remix which is authentic freddo expresso, cafe crema soft serve and topped off with hot frothed milk and chocolate. This was a 10/10 and was every bit of amazing as it looks in the picture. Service was fast and friendly. One note, they don't have flavored coffees, so I couldn't order a caramel latte, for example. Overall, great coffee shop that we enjoyed every day during our stay.

We ordered a hot chocolate, cappuccino, tiramisu, and an affogato, and every single item exceeded expectations. The hot chocolate was rich, smooth, and indulgent without being overly sweet -- pure comfort in a cup. The cappuccino was perfectly brewed with bold espresso flavor and beautifully textured milk, exactly how a great Italian-style coffee should be. The highlight of our visit, without question, was the affogato. It was hands down the best I've ever had. The pistachio gelato was unbelievably creamy, nutty, and flavorful, and when paired with the hot espresso, it created an unforgettable balance of temperature and taste. It was truly out of this world and worth the visit on its own. To finish, the tiramisu was light, perfectly layered, and not overpowering -- a flawless end to an already incredible experience. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and authentic. Café Olimpico isn't just a café -- it's an experience. Exceptional quality, consistency, and passion in every cup and dessert. Highly recommended, and absolutely a place we'll keep coming back to.
