The prices were steep, especially for older models that I've seen worn over and over again. I tried on 4 costumes and they were all nice no rips or broken zippers just didn't feel brand new and wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with two of the workers a shorter man and a taller woman both were trying to get a feel for what I wanted which was kind but there wasn't to many that were amazing plus they were making inappropriate jokes to each other,not that I care but after I said I would come back the girl assumed she lost a sale and didn't look up at me to say bye. Place is a bit cluttered not a fan of how it is set up but it's a store you go in to once a year on average so it's okay. I originally…read morebooked her for my nephews baby shower in March 2020 that would be held in May 2020 and it was cancelled due to covid. she told me no refunds but that I could use my deposit at his first birthday. He was born June 2021. I ordered goodies and a sweet table from her. Around midnight, she messaged me saying that she didnt see my booking. I then sent her screenshots showing her our convo (which was evident that we had a booking and deposit was done). she replied, oh since its over a year ago, its expired. I said, but you SPECIFICALLY told me to use it for his first birthday which would obviously mean that it would more than a year after my booking date. why are you telling me this only now??? ive been speaking to you days/weeks ago. She then requested more money, to which I agree because where else can I get goodies/sweet table the day of in Mickey Mouse theme?? she kept giving me the run around the day of, I finally went to meet her and she requested the money before I could even see the Goodies. I said are you crazy?? I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT IM PAYING FOR! She angrily opened the box and the goodies looked like a 5 year old made them. I refused to pay and walked away. I wish I could upload what I asked for VS what I got photos. NEVER AGAIN!!!
