My second visit was with Kristen. I was there for a lash curl and tint. She did not introduce herself. Prior to the service,​ you are asked to sign a waiver explaining you understand the procedure​, that they don't promise results and that the after care will be explained to you. She didn't speak to me at all during the service, not to make small talk or to update me on the process. Afterward,​ my lashes were curled and slightly tinted. No post instructions were given or explained. I went home and looked them up and followed to a T. No water or mascara on lashes for 24 hours​. We are 4 days out, my left lashes are much more curled than my right, they are still slightly tinted, except​ the bottom lashes, they are pretty much back to normal. I would say this service was not worth the $75 plus tip.

I went for my yearly eye exam when I was last in chicago and the doctor even commented on how he didn't even know they weren't mine because of how well they were applied. He said usually he can see a lot of glue but thankfully mine are not like that. I'm so glad I can trust her with my lashes! She's also amazing at makeup..she did mine for my wedding.

I have been going to salon for almost 4 years. Today I had an appointment for a gel manicure and…read morehad a difference and had a an with a nail technician I been to before. I was told that my nails were drying out and I should consider taking a break from gel . I agreed to not have the gel manicure and have the gel polish removed. When I went to check out, I was charged for a full manicure and really do not believe that was fair. The other thing that I am upset about was, I asked another nail a few months ago if a person should take a break from and was told that there was no need for this. So now I am out $48 and did not get the service I requested. I will certainly be looking for another nail salon if I ever decide to get manicures again, very disappointing. One thing that I usually look forward to is getting my manicures guess I'll just do my own from now on.

Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. The adjustments are just what I needed, and I felt completely comfortable during that. Very accommodating with writing a note for work with all the right words that fit my specific needs and situation. There was also a blond girl who massaged my neck and she was very kind and sweet! Every time I walk out of my appointments, I leave feeling 100x times better, physically and emotionally. Leaving that place in a bad mood seems impossible. They all have a very welcoming, calm, and positive energy to them and it truly makes all the difference especially when I'm walking into my appointments in pain and maybe some irritation or whatever from dealing with life in general lol, so it really just changes my entire day around and I couldn't be more thankful for this place and the people who work there providing us with above and beyond care! THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO! YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

While I recommend every treatment I have had the most life changing treatment I have had has been Botox to treat my hyperhidrosis! I have always been extremely self conscious about my excessive sweating since my teenage years. After only two treatments my confidence has drastically improved and I am confidently wearing shirts of light colors and not having to worry about sweat stains! For me a single treatment lasts at least 6 months!

She cut off 4 inches more than I asked for. I said NO layers, so of course, she put in layers even shorter than that. It will take years to clean this mess up.
