Please don't walk around with tattoos you aren't 100% happy with, or that are just plan ugly. One guy there does do some scary af designs that even I would say you can find the the beauty in (if your in the market for that). For months I wanted to get a tattoo done by Felix after seeing her work online. When I finally did a few months ago she not only meant my expectations but exceeded them. I have been tattooed before and often find shops and artist to be intimidating. From the moment I entered Tattoo You I felt comfortable right away. The shop was clean, organized and the aesthetic is dope. Felix was so kind and talked through the design with me to ensure I got the EXACTLY what I wanted. Ani was very pleasant and professional. She was responsive and quite accommodating. Unfortunately,…read moreshe botched my brows. I had my brows microbladed in 2018 while living in NY. I've since relocated and was unable to travel back during the pandemic to have them done. Ani did my brows in November 2020. They were a beautiful brown immediately after my first session and darkened as I expected. They kept getting darker. I looked angry. I followed Ani's instructions to lighten them by doing the opposite of good aftercare and they began to lighten. They were no longer brown but were grayish-black instead. Ani offered to warm them up with a different tint that wouldn't darken them. The tint seemed to work but quickly faded to the same dark gray brows with a base that looks like color bled. It doesn't help that my hair is brown and my brows stand out as a poorly drawn in mismatch. My brows are a disaster and Ani stopped responding in July. I'm still diligently trying to fade them but these badboys won't budge. I started not to leave this review because Ani is super nice and super chill. Unfortunately, my brows are super botched and it seems fair to give others a warning. NOTE: Owner responded to my review privately and then publicly defended herself by attacking and lying rather than just admitting this one was a bad job. Photos are unretouched and tell the story. Once Milan Client Services was aware of my experience, they responded within a couple of days and handled the situation very well. My advice would be let the technician know if it is too painful and make sure you feel comfortable with who is treating you.
