BEWARE. I had my eyebrows RUINED at this place by an employee named Meena. I have been getting my…read moreeyebrows threaded for over a decade by many different people and I have never had an issue until today. This employee removed about half of my eyebrow thickness and left them horribly asymmetrical. Both are extremely thin, one is thinner than the other and she removed my arch and made this eyebrow an arc, and then my other eyebrow is thicker and she left some of my natural arch (but not all). When I brought it up, the employee immediately became defensive and repeatedly said that it was "because there was aloe" on my eyebrows and repeatedly insisted that she just "cleaned them up." I've never experienced such horrific eyebrow threading, made worse by this employee's completely unapologetic and dismissive attitude. I left this review on google, and shortly afterward there were a bunch of new "5 star" reviews for the establishment and the employee (shady behavior). You will also see that Meena has done this to other people (see the 1 star reviews on google naming her). BEWARE of this place as I am now left with eyebrows that I can't bear to look at (and I had to go purchase an eyebrow pencil), and no respectable establishment tries to skew their reviews.

We'd all been spending so much time at the hospital and not any time taking care of ourselves, that small act made us feel a little better that day. However, obviously Tim prefers for people to come into his salon during business hours - I think it's very rare to find someone willing to make an amazing exception like that.
