And I wanted some modifications to the basic concept. It was a true collaboration from the earliest discussions to the final design. Moe had both the artistry and experience to bring my idea to life. The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I went in on Black Friday, 11/28. As I walked in I was…read morehanded a "Black Friday Deal" pamphlet. On the top it stated that you can get a free robe or "luxury" throw blanket with ANY $70 fragrance purchase. (as seen below) So I was like well this is awesome, I was planning on buying perfume anyways and I could score a free robe for my mother in law! Christmas shopping made easy, right! WRONG. After waiting in the very long line I got up front to the registers, they had many of the robes back there stacked up. When my total hit $90 after buying 3 bottles of Sol De Janeiro, I mentioned the pamphlet I was given. They rudely told me that Sol De Janeiro isn't "luxurious" enough. Like, excuse me 14 ounces for $90 (while being 25% off) isn't good enough?! The ad clearly stated no exclusions. So I just brushed it off because I'm not going to stand here and argue with them while there is a big line of people waiting. Then they asked me if I had a Ulta phone number with them and I said no, they asked me if i'd like to sign up and I said no. Then the other cashier next to her rudely said, "Well even if you were eligible for the gift, you wouldn't be able to get it since you aren't signed up with us. Like okay bitch, nobody was talking to you. Plus, if I was eligible I would've signed up with them! Moral of the story, I will never spend another penny at that crappy store.

Becca was the lady that cut and dyed my hair. I won't lie, I walked in looking a total mess with about 3 different colors in my hair, and she somehow got me back to the color I wanted to be. Shewas super nice and friendly, and she gave one of the best shampoos I've ever had, OMG! She took the time to show me how to style it myself at home, and even made a good recommendation on a product that I have fallen in love with (curl lock curl cream.) I will definitely be going back to her because they're very reasonably priced which works well with my tight budget, but I also get an excellent service! Can't beat that! Lol I can't say much for the other stylists. I watched one of the other girls doing a haircut while I was waiting on my hair color to process (a heavier set black lady... I think her name was Kya??) and I felt so bad for the girl who's hair she cut, because it looked TERRIBLE and really choppy. So I would say to ask for Becca when you go in to avoid any bad experiences! :)
