These facts I could've gotten over without leaving a review but I could not get over the excessive amounts of glue underneath my finger nails. I still haven't been able to pick all of it off!!!? Not to mention it's a lot of glue and it's on there really good so it's somewhat painful to pick off. Now, I will admit I didn't say anything before leaving but I shouldn't have to ask for a whole nail painted, the right shape, AND no glue underneath my fingers- so I chalked this up to a loss. The only thing that could remedy this situation is a refund. I would hate to drag the other ladies in the shop who probably do a fine job (some of which I have had and have done a fine job) so I will just warn whoever has read this far to avoid service with Nang R.

Not that he wants this becoming public knowledge and creating a new craze, but when my father passed away and we had to get to St. Louis on a Sunday afternoon for the funeral, Tim came to our house that morning and cut my sister's, mom's and my hair for us. However, obviously Tim prefers for people to come into his salon during business hours - I think it's very rare to find someone willing to make an amazing exception like that. I went to the stylist who cuts my hair, explained my vision and that I could only do color after saving up for it, so not often. I walked out with highlights that were all the way to the root and the opposite of the picture I showed. After sobbing on the phone with my sister, she recommended Elizabeth to fix it. I got in the next day and she fixed the 90s highlights and did what I had originally wanted. She made me feel awesome and I felt confident the entire appointment. Her artistic background allows her to create masterpieces. She knows what she is doing and I'm definitely going back!
