My second visit was with Kristen. I was there for a lash curl and tint. She did not introduce herself. Prior to the service,​ you are asked to sign a waiver explaining you understand the procedure​, that they don't promise results and that the after care will be explained to you. She didn't speak to me at all during the service, not to make small talk or to update me on the process. Afterward,​ my lashes were curled and slightly tinted. No post instructions were given or explained. I went home and looked them up and followed to a T. No water or mascara on lashes for 24 hours​. We are 4 days out, my left lashes are much more curled than my right, they are still slightly tinted, except​ the bottom lashes, they are pretty much back to normal. I would say this service was not worth the $75 plus tip.

I came home and they were still uneven, chipped and split, and my cuticles started bleeding and peeling the week after. I was upset but I used a gift certificate and didn't have the courage to say anything at the check out. But it was a really big waste of time and money, so I felt like I should come on here to let others know.

I try to see Amy, she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had! Her massages are very therapeutic and relaxing. She finds all of the knots and really works them out. I did not like that. I wish the relaxation music was more of a thing. I was hoping to fall asleep but it took me a while. The rub down was not really relaxing. Eventually they used a little oil. It was like a mall massage place instead of the spa experience. They did make us undress and cover with a blanket, so I thought it would be better. *sad face
