Despite that happening, I have decided to continue my treatment, because before that happened I had been going to Milan for almost a year and had no issues until then. Once Milan Client Services was aware of my experience, they responded within a couple of days and handled the situation very well. We found a solution and they made me feel comfortable to continue treatment. Overall my experience has been positive and I have had great results. My advice would be let the technician know if it is too painful and make sure you feel comfortable with who is treating you.

Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. The adjustments are just what I needed, and I felt completely comfortable during that. Very accommodating with writing a note for work with all the right words that fit my specific needs and situation. There was also a blond girl who massaged my neck and she was very kind and sweet! Every time I walk out of my appointments, I leave feeling 100x times better, physically and emotionally. Leaving that place in a bad mood seems impossible. I had call this place and explain my situation - the receptionist explain what was the procedure .. she basically said I will get the consultation first (consultation is $100) - so when I got there the girl at the front desk was really nice and bubbly.. I waited for 15 minutes which wasn't too bad ...then they took me into the room - Dr. Bailey came to the room with one of the girl employees .. at first he looked very serious when i saw him ( I don't know if he was analyzing me or what) he didn't say anything when he saw me (it was like awkward for 15 seconds) so I started the conversation first and I told him why I was there for.. right away he said I can't get laser treatment cause of my nationality - due to the fact that I'm Latin . (Keep in mind my skin is very light and my entire family is fair but because of my background being Latin we could get pigmentation if we get laser treatment) I didn't see it as racist or anything like that but I wish they could of told me that in the beginning so I wouldn't had waisted $100 dollars for a 10 minute consultation .. so I guess if your skin is dark or you are latin you can't get lazer treatment. I would suggest doing your research before you see a laser place.
