Despite that happening, I have decided to continue my treatment, because before that happened I had been going to Milan for almost a year and had no issues until then. Once Milan Client Services was aware of my experience, they responded within a couple of days and handled the situation very well. We found a solution and they made me feel comfortable to continue treatment. Overall my experience has been positive and I have had great results. My advice would be let the technician know if it is too painful and make sure you feel comfortable with who is treating you.

Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. The adjustments are just what I needed, and I felt completely comfortable during that. Very accommodating with writing a note for work with all the right words that fit my specific needs and situation. There was also a blond girl who massaged my neck and she was very kind and sweet! Every time I walk out of my appointments, I leave feeling 100x times better, physically and emotionally. Leaving that place in a bad mood seems impossible. They all have a very welcoming, calm, and positive energy to them and it truly makes all the difference especially when I'm walking into my appointments in pain and maybe some irritation or whatever from dealing with life in general lol, so it really just changes my entire day around and I couldn't be more thankful for this place and the people who work there providing us with above and beyond care! My second visit was with Kristen. I was there for a lash curl and tint. She did not introduce herself. Prior to the service,​ you are asked to sign a waiver explaining you understand the procedure​, that they don't promise results and that the after care will be explained to you. She didn't speak to me at all during the service, not to make small talk or to update me on the process. Afterward,​ my lashes were curled and slightly tinted. No post instructions were given or explained. I went home and looked them up and followed to a T. No water or mascara on lashes for 24 hours​. We are 4 days out, my left lashes are much more curled than my right, they are still slightly tinted, except​ the bottom lashes, they are pretty much back to normal. I would say this service was not worth the $75 plus tip.
