I have tried to call the number to their customer service to resolve my refund issue (as directed) only to reach a recording that said "We're sorry, there's no one to take your call. Please leave a message." I left a message some time ago and haven't heard from anyone. I also saw where there was a law suit for this very issue - Palm Beach owed a group of people money. I wish I would have known this about them before choosing to do business here. Someone needs to look into this place and close their doors on them. This is NOT how you run a business. Well, I'm leaving town at 11am and wont be back until tomorrow. I live 30 mins north of Columbia so that would be an extra trip. There is no "hard sell" for purchases here & no "blaming" you for not spending $100's on products they have available. This speaks very highly the Staff understand not everyone that walks in will need any or all their products. (I do use their Hydropeptide cleanser.) Pedicures there are a dream for me: no "razor egg" files (like at Mall & Walmart), just warm foot soak, light acid treatment (I have tough corns on my feet), lotion massaged into feet, ankles & calves, followed by base, 2 coats polish & topcoat for pedicure. Very rarely does polish rub/wear off even after three weeks. I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience at Dermistique's in my many visits. I think if you'll try any of their services, you'll come back: they're not as "cheap" as the quick places (broken out skin &/or pedicures that come off in a week), but I have received many compliments on how great my skin looks. It is also important and necessary for salon employees to go over the agreement form which a new customer must carefully read and sign, as it has important details about tanning and spray tanning, like the ingredients in the actual spray which people can be allergic to, and how to "take care" of your spray tan so that it does not get messed up. If you did not like the customer service, there actually are other places to spray tan in Columbia that do offer the versa spa.
