I've had a chronic…read moreinfection for about 9 months now, and though we're having problems getting rid of it, Dr. C has spent nearly an hour with me in two different appointments talking about my reactions to different medicines, how I'm feeling, listening to my concerns, evaluating options, and even explaining recent articles from medical journals to me about my infection. That being said, because he takes SO much care with EACH patient, the wait time has never been under an hour. My suggestion is the clinic should make appointment times longer so the time is just built in.

Dr Nichols is very good with the MOHS procedure. Over 8 months ago I had an area on my forehead,…read morewhich was rapid growing squamous cell cancer. It required the removal of skin twice leaving a large hole in my forehead. Dr Nichols closed the area beautifully leaving only a shadow of a scar. Dr Nichols also called me that evening after procedure to check on me. Great skill. Education given was ok but not great. Financial person excellent & worked out a great payment plan. I would recommend this physician every time it comes to skin cancer & treatment. Then I took my mother to this physician & he was great, except for how she was talked down to after leaving clinic to wait to see if more tissue removal needed. No one told her not to leave or to stay in waiting room. She was blamed for delay of her treatment & done so very rudely. FIRST OF ALL BE CLEAR WITH INSTRUCTIONS AND MOST OF ALL DON'T EVER TREAT A PATIENT LIKE A CHILD & SCOLD THEM IF YOU WERE NOT CLEAR. Dr Nichols is a phenomenal doctor in his specialty. Just need to improve on people skills & so does his staff.
