My appointment was at 300 and didn't get back to room until 3:15. The massage table was a cheaper model with not much padding. 5 minutes into my massage the therapist said she was worn out from her other 3 massages and said she didn't have much energy left for a deep tissue massage. On several occasions (at least 4), Massage Envy has called me on short notice to cancel or try to change my appointments (which is hard with my lack of childcare).
