I did not like that. I wish the relaxation music was more of a thing. I was hoping to fall asleep but it took me a while. The rub down was not really relaxing. Eventually they used a little oil. It was like a mall massage place instead of the spa experience. They did make us undress and cover with a blanket, so I thought it would be better. *sad face

I do believe I tip fairly but she didn't think a 20% tip was good enough and decided it was appropriate to round up the amount, adding another $2. I was planning to go monthly but I may just try to find another place that I can trust. I suggest you tip in cash.

I got a 60min Swedish Massage and it was fantastic! Jason did an amazing job! It's usually hard for…read moreme to be satisfied with a massage because the massage therapist can't rub hard enough to get my knots out but he did a wonderful job! My neck and shoulders feel so much better! The time went by way too fast of course but otherwise it was great! Jason was interactive and listened to my needs well. I used a groupon before but was unable to this time; I got a discount but it's definitely worth the full price. The only issue is that there isn't much parking. But I will definitely be back!

She really knew how to ease tense or sore muscles without pushing too hard and making me tense up more. She started off with a very relaxing head and neck massage that was a wonderful way to start off, and when she worked her way down to my hands and, later feet, I was surprised at how great it felt. She finished off with some effluage and I absolutely love, used essential oils, and the environment was very quiet and not at all distracting. I highly recommend her and this location and I will definitely be going back!!

Tim is the best!! I live in Chicago and don't come home regularly enough to always have my hair…read moredone by Tim (my sister who lives in Manhattan doesn't let anyone but Tim TOUCH her hair), but when the stars align and I'm home with ragged hair or gray roots, Tim gets the first call (from my mom of course, crossing the Missouri state line turns me into an adolescent). I've had such amazing experiences with Tim. Not that he wants this becoming public knowledge and creating a new craze, but when my father passed away and we had to get to St. Louis on a Sunday afternoon for the funeral, Tim came to our house that morning and cut my sister's, mom's and my hair for us. We'd all been spending so much time at the hospital and not any time taking care of ourselves, that small act made us feel a little better that day. However, obviously Tim prefers for people to come into his salon during business hours - I think it's very rare to find someone willing to make an amazing exception like that. I've only ever gotten a hair cut or color at Roots Nouveau, but I will definitely stop in for a facial or eyebrow wax from my old high school buddy Kelly Baer next time I'm in town! I'm confident she's amazing; and positive Tim wouldn't hire anyone not stellar.
