Still my go-to nail spot in the 757!…read more I am a day overdue for #thankyouthursday2021 but I owe a HUGE thank you to Kim & Quan of Elite Nails who have taken such good care of me, my mom and my aunt over the years (sooooo many years). I've stuck with them because their prices are competitive, they do great work with considerable attention to detail (gel, pedis and brows are my regular selections) and Quan is a riot and always makes me laugh when I come in. I've gotten to watch their own little ones grow up and Kim always asks about my family when I come in. It's easy to get an appointment that works for my schedule and I just love the fact that this local family takes pride in their business and their work.

I learned they are under new ownership but the 2 workers there were prior employees. They have a new rewards system. They have new chairs, and new decor. They did a great job with my manicure. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get the usual hand massage with lotion. Either she forgot, or they took that service off. Also, a regular manicure was $25. I'd probably go back in a bind.

I don't write many reviews, but this one is well deserved…read more I had a manicure and pedicure with Linda at LV Nails, and it was one of the best experiences I've had at any nail salon. From the moment I sat down, she never made me feel rushed. Instead, she made me feel like I was her only client, taking her time with every step and paying incredible attention to detail. What really stood out were all the thoughtful little touches along the way. Linda was thorough, gentle, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The level of service and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The biggest surprise was the price. I expected to pay much more for the quality of care I received. The experience honestly felt like something you'd get at an upscale luxury spa, but at very reasonable prices. I've found my new salon. I'll be returning regularly--not because of the pricing, although it's an excellent value--but because of the exceptional care, outstanding customer service, and consistently high-quality work. If you're looking for a salon that truly puts its customers first, I highly recommend LV Nails, and be sure to ask for Linda!

I did call to make an appt early in the day. Diana did my pedi this time, she did a awesome job. Of course feeling fancy after a longggggggggggg day on my feet I was quite exhausted. The good stuff here: Appointment are recommended. Only 10 ppl are allowed in the shop at a time. It is MANDATORY to wear a mask not to mention the state Mandate and at this point and time as we all deal with COVID19 it's just selfish of you not to wear a mask properly covering your nose and mouth. You are asked kindly to wash your hands prior to touching the polish. I appreciate the precautions the staff are taking during the pandemic to cut down on customers exposure and social distancing procedures. The entire shop has plexiglass at the nail stations. I also noticed a special Covid19 certification the nail tech recieved. That's important to know that they also care about exposure, since we are all still learning about this virus. This is just my pedicure shop, its super convenient for me, they may become my nail shop when it ready to do my nails again.

At this point, I think I've tried just about every pedicure package they offer, and I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxing without feeling over-the-top or pretentious, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the service. The only thing to be aware of is that they haven't always accepted credit cards. They do have an ATM in the shop and also accept Venmo and Zelle, so it's never really been an issue. My wife mentioned that when she went in for Mother's Day, they had a card reader again, so that may no longer be a concern. Overall, great service, friendly people, and a place I keep coming back to. Highly recommended.

The new lighting and upgrades made the spa look really nice. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in. I made an appointment for Noon on a Saturday and I only had to wait a few minutes before heading back to the pedicure area. As soon as I sat in the massage chair, I was given a book of nail colors along with the list of pedicure prices to choose from. I chose the Signature Spa Pedicure with the Paraffin Wax. The pedicure felt amazing and I always love the massage chairs, it was very relaxing. The whole pedicure took about an hour and it was a great experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a beautiful nail spa with exceptional service, definitely stop in to KP Nails Plus.
