The space is adorable, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my appointment was confirmed. I was there for a gel pedicure, and even though I arrived 15 minutes early, she got me started right away -- no waiting! She offered me water, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive throughout. But here's the part that really impressed me: I've had a splinter lodged in the side of my toe for what felt like forever -- through several pedicures at other places, no one ever took care of it. She noticed it, carefully removed it, and honestly, it felt like she worked a little miracle on my foot. I left feeling pampered, polished, and actually fixed -- not just painted over. The shop is located inside of a building, where others can rent out spaces. It was not hard to find at all. This was my first time, but I felt super comfy as if I was a regular. There is dirt all around the edges of the room. The base boards are broken and missing in some areas. The walls are dirty and really need painting. But I'm not sure because the place kind of creeped me out. I gave them 3 Stars because they get 1 Star for cleanliness and appearance but 4 stars for the pedicure itself.
