The cleaning for my pedicure was thorough though the actual polish application was sloppy and lots of corners were cut. The water was cold when the pedicure got started too. The pedicurist would just file rather than cut, and literally applied top coat on my skin to remove the polish that spilled over because of messy application. The bottle of polish was nearly empty and they didn't bother to get a new one out or share that info. My manicure was done in a rush and without much attention to detail. The manicurist was often chatting with coworkers and laughing and using tools while burst out with laughter. Unpleasant experience. To top it all off, I've never been to a nail salon where the employees starting giving one another pedicures and manicures during the day! This happened. It really did. Unbelievable. I guess I shouldn't have expected much for a mall like this in a city such as this one, but it hurt to pay $35 at the end. Definitely not worth the value.
