It was on the Neighborhood Pet Bingo card so I stopped in to get a stamp. While there I browsed the selection and picked out some toys and treats. They were good quality and pricy, but comparable in price to other local pet stores. This shop is unique in that they offer their fresh dry pet food as a self fill station where you pay by weight. Pet Wants offers pick-up and delivery as well. The employee working the counter was welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had a positive experience here and recommend this shop to others!

They were so mean to the cat she jumped out the cage and was lost for several hours. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, and that was clearly lacking here. According to their policy it stated that they needed 24 hours to modify an appointment. Ok great noted. But when I rescheduled within 24 hours they said they were still going to charge my card for the fee. I could understand if 1) it was not within the window or had happened before (which it has not). For the staff to then decide it needed to be 2 days notice is the problem. No wonder they can't keep employees on staff, they never have the same ones whenever we go, They always quit.
