It was on the Neighborhood Pet Bingo card so I stopped in to get a stamp. While there I browsed the selection and picked out some toys and treats. They were good quality and pricy, but comparable in price to other local pet stores. This shop is unique in that they offer their fresh dry pet food as a self fill station where you pay by weight. Pet Wants offers pick-up and delivery as well. The employee working the counter was welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had a positive experience here and recommend this shop to others!

Huge plus in my book! I could rant and rave about their staff until we're both sick of me talking. Not only are they knowledgeable - but they are so kind hearted! They were so mean to the cat she jumped out the cage and was lost for several hours. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, and that was clearly lacking here. The way I was treated did not reflect a business that values its customers or the community it serves.
