I really liked this place. From the moment I walked through the door. It was cleaner than the hospital.... The lady at the desk was informative and pleasant to talk with. They have everything for your dog. Unfortunately they were booked up for the dates I needed. I would have booked my dog Minou. Oh yes they are bi lingual. Minou only barks in Spanish and responds to commands in Spanish. Check this place out, I am sure you will be impressed.

I don't even know where to begin with this perfect pet palace. First of all, I called up K9 Resorts to schedule boarding for my two pups while my family was in the midst of a move. I talked to Bill and he was so helpful and friendly to ensure my two pups would be taken care of. Two different dogs with two different needs. One pup is very outgoing and the other in an introvert, he likes one-on-one dog time, or better yet, he likes to be by himself. K9 Resorts took care of all that. Fast forward a few weeks and my family's plans had changed and luckily Kayla was available to help me make adjustments to my pups stay. She was so thoughtful and helpful that it eased my mind with the pups. When I arrived at K9 Resorts in Cary with my two beasts, I was greeted by a gorgeous door, a SUPER CLEAN facility, and a lovely chandelier. I got to meet Kayla and she helped with checking in the pups. She was super nice and answered any questions I had. What made the biggest impression on me is when she asked me when they ate and she didn't even flinch when I said three times a day. (The previous place I boarded the pups questioned how often I feed them) I felt relieved when she simply said, "Okay." You can feel the genuine love these employees have for not just the pets, but their job too. I got daily pictures and updates from the staff. I want to thank Bill, Kayla, Annalise and Petra (Baby misses you already Petra!) , and everyone else that made my pups stay a wonderful experience. So, thank you and we'll see you again.

We love K9 resorts! We've used them for daycare a few times and both my Aussie and my lab come home tired! I really enjoy this spot because my dogs don't come home seeming over exerted. A lot of daycares just let the dogs free play all day, and there's no structure. K9 resorts creates a structured and monitored playtime. And the staff is always so friendly!! Our dog is very shy. The staff was very good with him and he was very happy when we came back to pick him up.

Best place in town to bring your dog. My dog loves going there and has many friends and she comes home tired. What else can you ask for?

I brought my 9 month old Bernedoodle last week for a grooming (which includes a wash, cut and nail trim) and was left with a completely buzzed dog. I never asked for any dog to be shaved down to the skin. I asked for my dog's matted hair to be cut and the rest of her fur to be trimmed. If that wasn't something that would be possible, a phone call from the groomer would have been appropriate to ask for permission or options for the grooming. Instead, I was left in shock and disbelief when I picked up my dog. I couldn't even recognize her. See photos. I spoke with both the groomer, Cameron, and the manager, Jenny, and was met with resistance. Not only did they not express any remorse for the services provided, they were both adamant that I agreed to have my dog buzzed because of the matted hair. To "remedy" the situation, they authorized a refund of 50% as I was unhappy with the grooming service but my puppy still had a wash and nail trim. I was baffled by the utter lack of compassion for the horrible customer experience they have provided and wish no one else will ever endure what I went through. Also, I did ask for information from the manager on the owner of Town and Country and was told it was her mother. Therefore there was no other option but to write this review.

We wanted to get away for two nights in an area that we just moved to and didn't know anybody. lazy days was prompt with responses to all questions more than friendly and Cooper absolutely loved their large fenced in yard and playing with her dogs. I don't think he wanted to come home when we got there to pick him up. Can't speak highly enough as these dogs are our family And we want nothing but the best for them and we feel like we got the absolute best in care for Cooper . We got text messages throughout the weekend with photos and frequent updates letting us know how Cooper was doing. This is a fantastic small business, and I would recommend them to anyone. There is a nice outdoor area where they could walk around when they wanted to, but mostly they enjoyed the love and attention they got from Terri and her family. I got nice pictures of my two being spoiled!

We have used this pet sitting service 3x in the last 3 months and couldn't be happier…read more We struggled trying to find someone on short notice (the BF isn't a planner), but we were thankful to find this company. The initial interview with Nadia was informative ( our cats did not behave, but that didn't deter the service). She explained all of the services that would be provided and provided us with the magnet card for the fridge. This was to be used for scanning in and out of the house. You need to log into your account to see the time stamp in and out and the standard information of the pet care. The website is easy to navigate! Our sitter, Hannah, is awesome and she sends daily updates along with the picture of our allusive babies (they are hiders, but this last visit they finally came out to say HI!). I think Hannah was super stoked to get the rare sighting of our Tuxedo Man, as he's not fond of strangers. You could tell by email she was elated! She has crawled under beds to try to capture these two and we thank her for that! She lays out their toys so she knows if they are coming out while she's away and that's comforting to know. She also hides treats around the house to make sure they are coming out as well. On our first trip away, it was just a long weekend, but it's hard to leave your fur babies, we arrived to a clean litter box, food and water full, and the floor free from litter (cat owners know this is no easy feat). When we were gone on another vacation, the snow--apocalypse happened in Raleigh. Four Paws contacted us immediately regarding the weather. They kept us up to date about the status of the roads. Since we just have cats, we didn't want anyone to risk too much by driving, since these babies don't have to be let out and other animals may have needed that attention more., so we told them that if it was too dangerous to not risk it and just try again the next day. They continued to update us and did make it to the house safe and sound. We even told her to not stay the full time just to make sure she was safe. Hannah's emails are funny and written just as how I picture she talks. We enjoy these little tid bits as we are enjoying vacations away from the babies. I really like the services that we have received and they will be booked soon for another vacation we have planned next month!

Unreliable & Disorganized…read more We're new to the area and I needed to find a new pet sitter to cover a planned weekend trip next month. I originally reached out to Four Paws based on good reviews I saw here, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience instead. Firstly, before being willing to discuss anything they demanded that I make an account on their website and then fill out an extremely lengthy profile. Then, a day or so later, they emailed to ask for specifics for our trip and said they'd be arranging a visit with our sitter, which I answered that same day. Then, after a lull in communication, I got another email asking for the same information I'd provided previously. I provided it again and, again, nothing happened. Finally, having wasted over a week with their cumbersome process and these communication difficulties, I emailed again to ask what was going on... only to get an email back saying their only pet sitter in this area was on maternity leave for the next month and that they couldn't help me - something that they should have know days and days earlier. Now I will have to scramble to find some other arrangements, causing a lot of needless stress and anxiety and possibly putting our plans in jeopardy. They did offer some suggestions of other pet sitters in the area to use, but to those reading this - save yourself a lot of hassle and headache and just pick someone else. UPDATE: The business has responded below by posting private emails including my email address out of context, but only the last set of emails, ignoring the fact that they seem to have lost the first set, and then accused me of lying. I deeply regret giving them any personal information in the first place and would strongly encourage others not to do so.
