They are great we have a big rescue pit and weren't sure how he'd do with other dogs and new people. They got him in and out in a flash. They were very kind and comfortable with handling him. Have to say we'll use them every time if possible. Prices were great and the service was fast for a walk in. Thank you guys so much read more

I have been going to All About Pets Grooming for many years, and I highly recommend them. I believe that they are the best in Raleigh - family owned with reasonable prices and excellent service. They are also easy to find, centrally located in North Raleigh. It's important to know that they are frequently booked out 4-6 weeks. So when you make an appointment, allow some time to see them because they are very popular. And well worth the wait! I have two dogs (a Cavachon and an English Cocker Spaniel) which require frequent grooming. I am very particular about their grooming and they always look great! I also appreciate the fact that my pups love to go there which gives me great peace of mind. All About Pets is owned by Joyce who is dedicated to providing the best care for your dog. Joyce is highly experienced, detail oriented, very kind and truly cares about you and your dog. She keeps thorough and accurate records about each detail of your dog's grooming. Each grooming session is custom made just for your dog. The groomers are excellent, too - very thorough and experienced. They also provide detailed report cards summarizing each visit. They provide ear cleaning, expression of anal glands, nail grinding and de-matting during each visit. I like the fact that my dogs have the same groomer for each visit which maintains consistency. You can also drop off supplies there to support local dog shelters. I am very grateful to Joyce and her groomers for the wonderful care that they provide. Always a great experience for me and my dogs! read more

This is the most caring place!!!! My dog is HIGH anxiety, and they have been so patient and loving to her- she no longer freaks out about going to the groomer!! I would give them ten more stars if I could!!!! read more

Can't believe my little guy is almost 10 years old, and he's been coming here for all of those years for his spa needs. While having a shih poo is good for one's allergies, it also means regular grooming is necessary. Thankfully Jenny and her amazing staff have been taking loving care of my furbaby for all of those years on a 4-6 week basis. He always comes home having had everything plucked, trimmed, squeezed, brushed...whatever all they do...all I know is I don't have to do it and he's happy! All About Pets Spa days are popular in my house, that's for sure! read more

All About Pets Grooming - Jenny loves all of our furbabies! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

If you have a pet, you know that isn't a pet, that's your kid. You have super high standards for everything that involves him or her. Happy to say All About Pets Grooming met those high standards! Dropped him off c. 8:15 and picked him up around 1. When I checked him in the ladies at the front desk were super nice and cheerful. When I picked him up the process was super quick and they even gave me a report card detailing the status of his fur, skin, anal glands, temperament, and whether or not they saw fleas! We will be back! read more

Wonderful business! I bring my 2 dogs there every 3 weeks for nail trims, anal gland expression and sani trim for my male dog. They are so friendly and love on my dogs whenever we go. Would highly recommend them. read more

As a very long-term once per month/consistent customer, you could give a 5-star review with every adjective Google offers to fill in around quality, value, professionalism, etc, and they will make your dog look fantastic every time. That alone is rare these days! Jenni and her team are so wonderful and treat, love, and care for your dog as if it was their own. My corgi gets very excited when we start pulling into the parking lot so I know it is mutual. Jenni has even called me to genuinely find out if my dog was okay after hearing about a random accident through a mutual friend. I just love that I can drop off one of the most valuable possessions in my dog, and they treat her possibly above and beyond my expectation. Appointments are tough to come by, but 110% worth it! read more

I can't thank Jenny and crew for taking care of Bleu! Bleu is not good with baths (will scream bloody murder) and Jenny properly met with him. She gave him lots of cheese because Mr. wasn't impressed by the cookies until after the visit. The whole staff was so nice and great to talk to! They take time with your pet and makes sure they are comfortable in the environment before doing anything with them! Will be coming back! By the time I picked him up he was so happy and taking treats (which is a sign of no anxiety). THANK YOU! Great prices, all around extraordinary service read more

I recently moved to Raleigh and needed to find a place to groom my extremely fluffy dog. I was behind on getting her groomed, so her fur was starting to get impacted. All About Pets did an AMAZING job in getting all of her undercoat out! I was very impressed. In the past, I've had issues with groomers not getting all of her undercoat out. I was also very happy with the price, I've been charged a lot more for grooming in Massachusetts, but I don't know how the price compares to other places in the region. They also got her an appointment quickly. All of the staff was super nice and friendly. My pup seemed happy when she came out and she liked all the people there, as did I. The store front is a bit hidden and not obvious. The shop isn't super fancy. But I like that, it's just straight forward grooming. I plan on taking my dog here for all her grooming needs from now on! read more

I've been taking my dog here for years. They're the best and he LOVES when I drop him off for the day.

This was our first time going to All About Pets, and we were a bit nervous. Our previous groomer never listened to our requests, and always shaved our golden doodle. All About Pets took the time to listen to our preferences about how we wanted our fur baby cut, and they delivered!!! We are very pleased with the work done and plan to make regular appointments to keep our baby looking her best! read more

All About Pets Grooming - So pretty! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

All About Pets is the best grooming place I've taken my dog to! I've taken my dog here 3 times now. I have a golden retriever and some places I've taken him to give him such a bad hair cut, but the cut this place does is great. Also my dog has some separation anxiety and he normally cries quite a bit when I'm dropping him off at the groomers, but he actually seems fine here and not so stressed out. It means so much to me how clearly the employees here care about the pets they take in and have done such a great job at helping my dog to stay calm and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

The best dog groomers in Raleigh!! Both myself and my doodle love their staff and their staff. Friendly, professional, caring, clean and great with doodle breed haircuts read more

Great staff, and they do a fantastic job with my dogs. One is a bit of a handful but they always manage to make her look great and put her at ease. They always ask questions to determine exactly what kind of service and cut is wanted, and always deliver. Its clear they love the dogs and enjoy what they do. Love this place! read more

What a wonderful place that caters to the temperament of all four of our fluffy babies! From my baby Argus (22 weeks old), our 3 yr old Mimi and the 2 Oldest 11 1/2 year old Peaches and Charlie ( who don't do well separated) they all came home happy, tired and beautiful! Bathed nails trimmed and looking amazing all four enjoyed their spa days and they have become our go to spot now! I highly recommend them!! read more

Being new to Raleigh, we were not sure where to take our yellow lab to have her nails done. We used to just stop in at Petsmart but were not always happy and the prices were on the high side. My husband found All About Pets and took Sophie to have her nails clipped and it was only $8. I decided to get her the full treatment this week. Nails, bathed, teeth and ears cleaned. I called last week and they were booked due to the holiday but I was able to get Sophie in a week. I was told to drop her off by 8am and they would call me in the afternoon when she was done. The shop is located in the back of a pretty empty strip mall so it is a bit hard to find. When I returned, the staff was so nice, they told me how much they enjoyed Sophie. They gave me a detailed sheet with what she had done. All for $34 and she looked and smelled great! The staff is friendly and it is apparent they love working with animals. We will be back for sure! read more

If I could give 100 stars to AAP I would! My family has been taking our pups to Jenny and her crew for as long as I can remember and the experience has always been incredible. You can really tell how much they love animals and my little Piper is always SO excited to go get groomed! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend All About Pets! read more

I love this place. We adopted our Laci and we needed to find a groomer that would take good care of our girl. Laci is a loving dog and wanted to take her to someone who truly loved dogs and would take care of her. Jenny is great and takes great care of my baby. Thanks... Highly recommend read more

Our 14 year old Mastiff mix has been going here exclusively since I moved to Raleigh, 2 years ago. Between his age and a cancerous tumor on his leg, he needs a lot of special attention. They always treat him gently and take their time with him, at his slow pace. Today he napped on the futon in their front lobby, greeting customers, to take a break between grooming activities. He always looks forward to going, knowing he'll get a lot of love there. Also- I love the personal touch of the neck kerchief! read more

I am so excited! Having lived in Raleigh for several years, my job took me out of state and after 6 years brought me home! One of the first things I did was look up All About Pets. Jenny, and the whole team, clearly love their jobs. I truly cannot say enough about Jenny. She is one of the kindest and most patient groomers we've ever experienced. We never found anyone quite her and are looking forward to our first trip back. The store (which also sells an array of other pet supplies) is tucked away in a strip mall and doesn't look like much. It's understated and isn't at all in your face. Don't let the low key appearance fool you. What the shop lacks in sparkle, it more than makes up for in skill, love for its clients, and professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Love this place! We got for nail grinds every 4 weeks, and I know my dogs are big and hate it, but they always do a great job! They are accommodating and work with us to make it work. So happy we found them! They are tucked away in the back of a shopping center, but it's worth it!!!!!!! I've tried SOOOOO many places for nails and I wouldn't trust anyone else! read more

Great. Very competent reasonable pricing, forthcoming with info , friendly , nice vibe.. friendly place with real animal lovers

We've taken our "baby" here a few times and have been really happy with the results. We have a 45 lb mutt, we think he's a lab mix, and he sheds like there's no tomorrow. He is also an absolute sissy about getting his nails clipped, so we finally figured we'd just take him to a professional. Everyone we've met has been very friendly, and our dog always seems happy when we pick him up in the afternoon. They even give us a little report card about how the grooming went! We've purchased the standard bath + shed treatment each time, and it's only cost us about 30 dollars, which is crazy reasonable. They are also really great about getting back to emails, which is great for me because I never remember to call and book during actual business hours. I ultimately went 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple small things. One is that some of dogs nails have come back flakey after we've had him done, although as I mentioned early he's a pain about his feet (like a huge pain, I've had several dogs and never seen one so persnickety about his feet)' so he could just be thwarting their efforts. The second is the location. I certainly don't expect the ritz, but this place is tucked back in a dark corner of a half occupied run down looking shopping center. My husband had originally dropped our pup off in the morning the first time we took him in, and I couldn't find the place and had to call my husband at work to figure out where it was. This isn't a huge deal though, and a nice location would probably mean a higher cost, so it's not really a deal breaker for me. All in all we've been very happy and will continue to bring our pup here! read more

They did a great job on my Shepard mix, and the price was excellent. We plan on going often!

I've been taking my Welsh Terrier to All About Pets for about two years. We had a horrible experience at a local PetSmart, and this place was on the way to/from work for me. He looked adorable after his haircut, and they even gave him a bandana! His haircuts were so great, and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable that I started taking him there for baths when I realized that I wasn't doing a great job with them at home. We're not really regulars, but they know who my dog is, and they leave notes about how he behaved. Also, he isn't wiped out when he comes home, so I imagine it's not a stressful day for him. I highly recommend All About Pets! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Jenni and her staff! I have never used a groomer before based on reviews and how some may treat animals. All I can say is from the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my dogs has been an excellent experience! They really take the time to understand your pets needs and are kind enough to make this experience the best for your babies. All about pet grooming will be my only place to bring me dogs from now on. Thank you!!! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about how happy I am I found them! My Bubbles is always so cute and fresh smelling when she gets finished. read more

All About Pets Grooming are the best groomers in Raleigh. Hands down. They are accomodating, friendly with humans and really know how to love on, groom and comfort pets, especially the anxious ones. I know this because my dog was a rescue from when I was living in San Francisco, and upon moving to Raleigh, I struggled to find any place that would take him. He has really bad anxiety and distrust towards people using any clippers or scissors on him and tends to snap. The groomers at AAPG were the only ones willing, kinda and patient enough to work with him. They suggested that he continue to come to see them, and their advice was spot on--his anxiety has been improving, little by little. It's a work in progress, but I can't thank AAPG enough for taking a chance on my little guy. He always gets taken in with loving arms and brought out looking and smelling wonderful, and as happy as a pup can be! Can't recommend them enough! read more

I've been a customer of All About Pets since 2006. They took excellent care of our beloved husky/lab mix, Roscoe, who was on the older side of his life when we decided to get him shaved for summer. I've recommended them to friends and that was a mistake:)! Appointments usually take 2 weeks out because they're slammed. They've groomed our Pebbles (large terrier) for 4 years now and we just took her brother, Echo (border collie/lab), in to be shaved. They both look FABULOUS! Love, love, love All About Pets! read more

Great people. When my Shit zhu was a puppy the people at Petsmart told me they were not going to take him anymore because he was biting at the razor. The people at All about Pets took their time with him and worked with him each time and now he is a champ at getting his hair cut! read more

Excellent groomers... and so very caring! I truly love and felt so comfortable with All About Pets on my first visit. I had my shih tzu puppy groomed and they did such a wonderful job! Words can't express how pleased I am with his haircut and the time they took to listen to what I wanted and care for my pet. It's always a little stressful to try somewhere new (even a place with great reviews) but I took a chance and when I saw my puppy, I immediately booked his next appointment. Also, I could tell they were very patient and caring because my dog came out so calm and handsome. This place truly cares about the pets, I wish I would have gave them a try long time ago. Definitely worth it, our perfect spot! read more

Nicest staff! They're so sweet to my Ellie Mae and they always get her in for a quick nail trim without an appointment. They even offer to come trim her nails in the waiting area and have me hold and pet Ellie while she gets them trimmed because she's so skittish. read more

Excellent staff and service thank you very much for doing such a wonderful job grooming Oscar!

I would give 10 stars if I could! These wonderful women are the ABSOLUTE BEST groomers for our fur babies. No other groomer has ever loved up our dogs the way they do.
