We have been clients here for about 14 years and have always received the best care for our three Labs. When our sweet Darla needed surgery on a large mast cell tumor, she received the most amazing care. She lived until almost 14 after having that surgery at about 11. We completely trust the doctors and staff here for medical care, boarding and grooming. Our 2 boys Jack and Kodi get excited when we pull. In the parking lot and that says a lot to us.

She came home with what appears like bite marks on her leg and scratches on her tummy. Scratches are understandable as some dogs have sharp claws, but the rest is inexcusable. She was very skiddish when we got her home. She was very dirty AND she smelled like urine. This is neglectful treatment of my dog, of ANY dog. Never going back to this Dogtopia location.

I took my dog in for a trial day visit. The morning session seemed to go fine although I wasn't…read moreable to watch the cameras the whole time. The afternoon session was a disaster. My dog weighs thirteen pounds. He was repeatedly being humped/mounted by three dogs. This went on for twenty minutes as the "coach" in the room did nothing about it. My dog could very likely have been hurt. I called in and only then the coach began breaking up the humping, but it was relentless. She didn't stop the problem, just tried to break it up. The stress on my little dog must have been awful. They moved out one of the dogs eventually. I was told there is no limit on the amount of dogs allowed in the room. There are too many dogs to manage from what I saw. When I got my dog he reeked of urine and general dog odor. It was disgusting. I would never take my dog there again. I do not believe it is a safe place judging by the lack of care for his well being. I have had other dogs at daycare before and they never came out smelling like that. Please take care when considering this place. I am just now reading the reviews and I see I am not alone in my negative review.

They really pay attention to his individual needs...meds, food, etc. They even send a report card home with him so you know how he ate and pooped, etc. Especially like that they are so covid concerned that they gave him a bath when he first arrived. Love that they don't hesitate to call with questions to make sure they have his needs straight. Meds at night? With food? etc. Truly appreciate these gals for all they have done for my pup. And the prices are so reasonable for the care they give. Highly recommend!

You can tell they truly care about the animals coming in. The reason I even went in is because I saw SO many dogs coming out with the most professional looking "teddy bear" cuts I'd seen around ! Can't wait for my new poodle to get this cut when he's older. Thank you Canine Country Club !!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I made an appointment for 9am with Mary and she did such an excellent job with Buttercup. My dog is timid and does not usually get along well with other dogs or people (apart from myself and a select few). However, she loves the Armadale staff! It is such a reassuring feeling knowing she is being taken care of and loved on while we are away. The staff are also able to accommodate by taking her out alone and not during group play. I love that the kennel also offers grooming services that can be completed during their stay. I highly recommend the staff at Armadale!

This place is fantastic…read more After my baby was born, and my dog's temperament changed (loves the baby, loves other dogs, hates everyone else) and we struggled with finding him a place to stay that would accept him for his dumbness and awesomeness. Our vet recommended this place as a venue that was known for working well with dogs who could be a pain in the butt. (That's not to say all dogs who come here have attitude problems, most of them don't) but if your pup can be a pain with strangers, Armadale works with the dogs comfort level, making them happy and giving you a sense of relief when you have to leave them for a bit. Fast forward two years later, our dog is happy to go here, and when we do have to leave town or have visitors come over to stay, I know he's happy and in good hands. The groomers here are especially patient with my dog, know his quirks and they are always able to send him back to me clean and polished up. The staff here really treats the dogs that come for a stay with the same love and attention as their own. They have a variety of options for activities and treats for the dogs and cats, including a Sunday brunch and play time with report cards. The a la cart menu can add up, but it's nice to be able to have the choice of these options making you and your pup feel right at home.

I actually got home a bit early, so it was terrific that Justin could give lots of attention to my male cat (who obviously adored him and wouldn't stop rubbing up against his legs) while I brought my stuff in. Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them!
