I would like to clarify it's not everyone, but specifically a girl names Evelyn. My first interaction with her was when i was buying dog food at night. When I went down the aisle, she was sitting on the floor on her phone with a empty dolly beside her. Since i needed to get on the other side of the cart and her, I moved the cart not even 5 inches over and repeated said "I'm so so sorry i just need to get on the other side! Excuse me!" And under her breath she said "You could have gone around.." with a nasty tone. Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt i grabbed the pet food and walked around the store shopping for more items. When I walked to the front to check out, she is LOUDLY talking to another coworker calling my friend and I "b*tches" for not going down another aisle. MIND YOU she was on her phone sitting on the floor and I apologized MULTIPLE times for crossing infront of her. Fast foward to today June 23, 2026: I went back to the same location to buy more items. She clearly recognized me. As I am walking out the store, I looked back to see her making aggressive hand motions with all her coworkers on shift staring at me through the window, snickering with her coworkers and pointing. I could clearly see her mouth the word "b*tch" again. This is insane. I have done nothing to her and have only been respectful with my ONE sentence i have said to her. The atmosphere in there is nasty, and having people work at the store ruins the customer service of the entire place. I dont know what needs to be done, but something should happen. I will not be coming back to this location, but if I need to come back to have a conversation with her, I definitely will.

Mixed reviews here: I love the self bathing station options, but the staff experience regrettably…read moreranges from meh to friendly vibes. Today was my fourth visit here, and the young man working the counter this afternoon, guessing about late high school age to early 20s, could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Due to the heat and multiple dogs, I had to make separate trips in today. On my first visit, an attendant was diligently, cleaning vacated, tubs, and restocking towels. She was courteous and even pointed the way to a freshly disinfected station. The only less than stellar thing that occurred during my visit was that another patron failed to keep good control of her dog which promptly ran up and goosed me from behind and then proceeded to stick its face in my dog's face. Fortunately, my non-dog reactive dog was the one I was currently bathing. Pet supplies plus cannot control this type of situation and this was completely an owner issue which she recognized and apologized for but an interaction like this could go badly. I know square footage is costly, but it would be very nice if in future buildings greater space could be allotted between bays when they are across from each other or have a single wall of bathing bays because this animal approached suddenly and from behind and due to the air blower being in use, I did not hear it approach. On my second visit, roughly 45 minutes after the first, the same individual was working the check out lane and again pleasantly greeted me upon arrival and punched my card. Upon entering the bathing area, I was disappointed to see that one patron had grabbed at least four towels and that there were no towels remaining at all on the rack. I should have exited and gone to the front at that point and requested towels because no one ever came to the bathing area while I was there. Two additional patrons arrived after me. I typically hose down my station and then wipe the tub with a used towle to try and keep it nice for the next person as well as sopping up any water that may be on the floor in my vicinity. Because there were no towels, this was not possible. As I was exiting the store, I did make the four staff members engaged in conversation at the front of the store aware that there were no towels left and that there were still two patrons using the bathing area with large dogs. Only the friendly young man who had greeted me upon my entry acknowledged me. I always keep towels in my car because I take the dogs places where they're likely to get muddy or excessively dirty so it was no big deal to use my own for my second dog but know that some clients might not appreciate taking home a mostly wet dog. I really want to like this location, and I recognize that using a punch card which equates to $12 a bath is a great deal. However, a smile and a wave and having amenities available that you advertised will be would be most appreciated in the future.

*Trigger warning in the photo: blood* *Yelp is not letting me post the image of the disturbing…read morebloody leg. But if you want to see it, go to Google Reviews/Google Maps on this location and look at Ashley Lee's Review. Thanks!* There is an investigation going on right now. I will update this message when I have the liberty to. But for now, do NOT do training classes with crazy, disgusting, inhumane Lisa. I am scarred and disturbed because of her. I went to her with my dog who needs training and left with my dog who still needs training and my trauma from her disgusting disturb-ness. This is a warning to all of the public. Update February 4, 2026: I am uploading the original graphic photo Lisa sent and her recent message to my mother. While Lisa claims the review is "defaming," she admits in her text that she "should never have attached that photo". My mother and I were BOTH disturbed by the photo which we talked to Erin about and she said that she would talk to Lisa about the situation. To clarify her other points: I am the owner of the dog and was the primary student. Because I was 17 when classes began, the paperwork was under my mother's name, but I turned 18 during our training. Lisa was well aware of the fact that I am the dog's owner and I was the one who signed up for the class. My presence in the group chat was necessary as the dog's owner. Furthermore, her "accommodation" of my volleyball schedule was a basic professional courtesy for a paid service, not an excuse for the trauma caused by her lack of boundaries. My dog is highly trainable and made more progress with a different trainer in one hour than with Lisa in weeks. This warning remains for the public: professional training should not come with graphic, unsolicited images. I will update this again soon. We are still awaiting a response from management that was sent on December 20, 2025. After we got the initial text from Lisa on December 20, 2025, we did NOT respond, but only communicated with the manager-on-duty, Erin. BOTH my mother AND I blocked her immediately. My mother came across Lisa's blocked message today, February 6, 2026 that was dated January 27, 2026. We both feel harassed with her messaging us after this incident.
