When I received Grizzly post tidy up he was shaking, still wet, and digging his claws into me. Once home I had to blow dry him myself only to discover he had 2 cuts. One inside of his ear and another on his inner leg. I expected a tidy trim but he had been completely shaved from belly button down and his entire tail hair had been cut off into a stub instead of trimmed. The groomer nor front desk associate mentioned anything and when I called to speak with management, I was told they would call back. It's now been 2 days with no returned call or concern for their negligence. $170 later and my dog has an uneven and unattractive underbelly and backside, shorter ear fluff (when we never asked for this to be cut) and trauma from being nicked in the process. For the price you can go somewhere that will actually care for your fur baby and communicate when things don't go as planned.

I have a Cavapoo, and after trying several groomers, I was hoping to find someone who could make her look like herself again. I took her to Woof Gang, and Clarissa absolutely exceeded my expectations. When I picked Millie up, she looked like a Cavapoo again! She did such an incredible job. Her coat was so soft, she smelled amazing, and the blueberry facial left the area around her eyes so clean. The best part? It's been a week, and her eyes are still clean and clear! That's never happened before. Millie was finished in just two hours, and I loved getting a text about 15 minutes before she was ready for pickup. It made the whole process so easy. Yesterday I brought my two Vizslas in for baths, and I was amazed that both dogs were finished in only two hours! They came home so soft and smelling incredibly fresh. The salon itself is adorable! It's bright, welcoming, and smells amazing--not like a typical grooming shop at all. Even though I didn't buy anything this visit, they have the cutest dog cookies and treats. I requested a Yorky Cut! And did they have anyone who specializing in that particular cut, and they said yes, and I said I, definitely wanted a groomer, that was her specialty! I also showed them a picture! I also requested to pay extra for the anti itch shampoo and conditioner...My baby was skinned so low that I didn't recognize her! She came in and ran under the sofa and I knew then she didn't like the experience! She was also itching uncontrollably, and I noticed on her was shaved down to her skin in places! I called Kontota, the next day because we didn't get any sleep! She was scratching nonstop! They told me it wasn't anything that they could do and they wouldn't give me back any money! I took Cupcake, to her to her vet @Banfield and spent 98.00 on prescription medication and extra for an allergy shot! Please don't allow your animal to be abused and treated like my Cupcake!
