After waiting 6 weeks for my appointment to come, they asked the week of my appointment if it could be moved up from 1p.m. to 8:30 a.m. - sure thing I just moved my day around. My pup and I were excited to meet our new groomer, sadly didn't feel our groomer was too thrilled to meet us. We greeted her at our front door, groomer made a face at my dog barking and her first words were, "what are we doing with this one"....not a single greeting or cared to ask my dog's name. The groomer continued being condescending, I had to stop her and tell her, "it seems like you are having a bad day and you don't have to groom my dog, we can cancel". She quickly changed her attitude. What a disappointing first experience! My dog was able to get groomed. The cut was actually great. Definitely higher end of price point for a 10lb Maltipoo - $170 with tip. If you choose to book them, don't expect Shannon to express any joy when coming to pick up your pup. First and last time using them.

We went back and forth on what I needed and got our petite golden doodle on their schedule. Anyway...groomer Lauren texted she was on her way and arrived inside of the schedule window. We discussed what we wanted and she verified everything and gave suggestions that we could do. Lauren was fantastic and texted us throughout the process and sent pics. We initially thought we needed a full groom but she thought she just needed to be cleaned up. Anyway, this is the best service I have received from anywhere this year!!! They told me the grooming would take 2-3 hours, but I got a text in under 2 hours saying my dog was ready. Most places keep her for 6 hours, so this was such a nice surprise! The flat rate for the full grooming package is a fantastic value, and they even gave her a cute Thanksgiving bandana at no extra charge--most places charge for that! Donna usually takes care of him but when she is unavailable I've had others bathe and/or groom him and each experience has been positive. Everyone there always makes sure he's comfortable and watched after and that means the world to me.
