When I received Grizzly post tidy up he was shaking, still wet, and digging his claws into me. Once home I had to blow dry him myself only to discover he had 2 cuts. One inside of his ear and another on his inner leg. I expected a tidy trim but he had been completely shaved from belly button down and his entire tail hair had been cut off into a stub instead of trimmed. The groomer nor front desk associate mentioned anything and when I called to speak with management, I was told they would call back. It's now been 2 days with no returned call or concern for their negligence. $170 later and my dog has an uneven and unattractive underbelly and backside, shorter ear fluff (when we never asked for this to be cut) and trauma from being nicked in the process. For the price you can go somewhere that will actually care for your fur baby and communicate when things don't go as planned.

Kim took the time to research my breed because she had never cut this breed, and she worked to correct a previously incorrect cut from a different business. My issue is immediately following my first experience (and I mean IMMEDIATELY like same day) I have been inundated with hard sell follow up pitches by email, phone and text . Multiple and incessant pitches per day. When I didn't respond to a recent text I Received a text "Jeannie?". Obviously they can't take a hint so I've resorted to blocking all of their contacts. It is vastly more expensive to acquire a new customer than to keep an existing one. Constantly badgering a buyer ensures they buy once and never return. Did I mention they're also seriously overpriced ? I learned my best grooming option for my 14.5 yr is the mobile groomer while also learning the last groomer I'd ever use again is this one.

Other places, don't have the attention, facilities, and in many ways, personalized attention we receive at the Rover Resort. We leave them with the peace of mind that they will be treated as guests at the resort and not just as another boarding place. The staff is amazing, they are customer oriented, respectful with their guests and owners and overall, you can see and feel their goodwill and commitment to ensure our pets have the best experience. Our puppies are now much older, and they are treated with love and care. As long as we are allowed to enjoy our puppies, we will have them stay at Rover Resort. This way, we can enjoy our vacation with peace of mind. They really are the best of the best.
