They were very on time, professional and let us see exactly what we're getting! I will definitely go back to them!

Phenomenal, fast and affordable DVD dupes. Also very friendly and accommodating. Sorry I didn't find them sooner but recommend them to all!

Awesome! Harout was fantastic - we had a small order (30 dvd's) and he did several tests to ensure we would have proper quality, ran them all within 30 minutes, and charged an incredibly fair price. Fantastic business - will use again in a heartbeat. read more

Harout, provides personalized service for every person who comes in. I have been using his services for years now and he always under promises and over delivers. Quality work, with excellent pricing, and always on time. He has honestly saved my butt more than once when my files were not on point, he adjusted all my graphics and files personally to make my project fit the specifications needed for printing. Hollywood Disc is a company I trust with any project, because they delivered the same excellent quality for me when I needed thousands, as they did when I needed 25. Thanks, Harout! Harout is the best. He has always been very responsive, friendly and helpful! I've printed twice with him - the second time, he printed in 24 hours within my call to him and shipped my CDs from the shop in LA to Chicago. Good prices, does small batches, and very very fast. I've printed with others in the past - and everyone always has high minimum orders and takes forever because most do not print in house. But Hollywood Disk prints in house. 5 STARS! read more

This place is a hidden gem. I went in for a bunch of old family dvd copies. When other places were telling me it would take about 1 month to prepare, this business prepared them in about 1 hour. I am so pleased with all aspects. read more

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Ignorant, unprofessional and rude. They overcharge for shipping. They make promises and don't keep them, they make offers and later don't honor them. They don't stand by their word or their product. The quality is dodgy. So far I had 9 or 10 empty digipacks (no disc in the tray) in about 150 items. -I hope those stats doesn t speak for the whole 1000. The UV-coat is peeling in places and the inc comes off the discs. read more

This place is fantastic! I've been doing an annual Christmas music CD every year for the last 6 or 7 years. It's not a huge run (and only once a year) but Harout always treats me like a major customer. They are speedy, great quality, and the price is fantastic. Never had a single problem in all the years I've been going there. Would never use anyone else. read more

I needed 20 copies of my album for a quick promo and I didn't have the time to send it out to a place in the other state where I usually print my CDs. I found this place online and decided to take a chance since it was very close to where I live. Harout greeted me with a big smile, suggested a slightly different design which was more expensive than what I originally chose and gave me a discount on it to match the price of my original choice. Then he told me to come back an hour and when I came back handed me 22 copies (just in case, as he said) beautifully printed on a great quality paper with bright rich colors and a perfect sounding CD. Needless to say, I am coming back here for my next project. read more

The production team is very efficient, professional and caring. This team went above and beyond my expectations by getting my product out in an extremely prompt time frame. I highly recommend working with Hollywood disc, their customer service really took care of me and all my production needs! read more

don't go here if you want someone who actually cares about your project. extremely rude and arrogant. can make clean work and has a fast turn around time but will make it a point to make you feel stupid or lesser than him, touting his industry experience and routinely saying "you don't know what you're talking about." also doesn't care to ensure accuracy with colors - he acts as if it's completely out of his control. everything is about money to them. read more

Ordered a 100 CDs in cardboard sleeves / 7 tracks. Our artwork came out great. -- Quick, quality & a fair price! Would use again.

Hands down the best cd duplication service I've ever come across. Harout the owner is extremely efficient with turn around time and quality of product . Not to mention the best customer service around. He really goes the extra mile and for this I have used him for years. Highly recommend . Don't waste your time shopping around . read more

Two questions: #1 Why did I ignore the first review? #2 When will people learn that incompetence and horrible customer service only hurt THEIR business? I was speaking to the salesman, when a call came in. He was on the phone (with me standing there) for 12 minutes. Shame on me for not leaving then. He sent me a proof via email which I responded to. I never heard back from him, so I drove all the way over there got my original disc that I gave him and walked out. There HAS to be a good place in Hollywood that does disc duplication.....no? By the way, the name of the place is Hollywood Disc, but it's all the way in Glendale. read more

I had an order that needed done asap. they took care of me. i couldnt be happier. The guy who owns the place has a background in editing, production..... i mean his knowledge and professionalism goes far beyond just the duplication process. He is honest, trustworthy and quick. Love this place! Fast, efficient, very good prices. Harout is friendly and professional and the product never dissapoints, always sounds perfect and looks incredible. I have used his cd duplication services 4 times in the past year and will continue to contact him first whenever I need duplication. 5 stars indeed. read more

Needed CD's quickly to take out on the road. After having a few problems with timeline at other duplication houses I stumbled upon Hollywood disc on Yelp. Harout was quick, affordable and able to meet my deadline. Just picked up discs and finished product look AMAZING! Definitely will return! read more

Hollywood disc is an awesome place for fast CD duplication! I've had several albums printed here over the years, and they always do a fantastic job, in a fraction of the time that an online printing company would take. Highly recommend! read more

I needed 300 DVDs same day turnaround. Harout said he could get it to me by 2pm. That's just 5 hours. Great! I got them at 11am... That's just 3 hours later! Amazing! I don't know if he didn't have other orders at the time or what but it really helped me and the price beat other duplication houses. He also does tons of other print work that you can see in the office. Big time clients and folks off the street. I was praising him and he said, "People say I do them favors. Is not favor. I do good work for you you pay me. This is just business, yes?" I told him No. It's not business. It's good business and it's refreshing. So get your prints and dupes made by Harout and while your there get a lesson in ethics. "Peoples is peoples." Harout didn't say that last part, it's from Muppets Take Manhattan, but-you-see-what-I-mean. read more

Great small business, great owner, great service. I sent Harout an email about doing some CD duplication, and it was a buck and twenty cents per disc. $1.20. That's really cheap! I wanted 25 done so it was gonna cost me $30. I came to the place about three days after I sent him the email, and he remembered what I had sent him (it was a piano album I had been working on). He told me he would take around 7-10 minutes, which in my mind, is pretty quick for a service like this. I gave him my master disc and sat down.... waited... and he came out ten minutes later with my 25 CDs in a spindle. Seriously great service and I'm a fan of what he's been able to do! I mean, if you've got something you need in an hour, you could go there and he'd get it for you in fifteen minutes at most for the amount of CDs I needed. Anyway, sorry if this review seemed a bit boring, but this was my experience and by golly, it was great. I don't have much in the bank, but the service is so affordable I can still use this service to give away my music for free! And I also rarely write reviews on Yelp, so you should definitely check this place out! :) read more

Outstanding! I needed 3 DVD's of family events copied. They took care of it, and fast, and inexpensively to boot! Wow. What a pleasure!

I live in the valley, but don't mind the short 134 drive over to Glendale for this great little shop. The owner, Harut, is super personable and always burns my dvd or Blu Ray copies right away while I wait. I'd tell ya I keep coming back for the friendly service and their vast production knowledge, but honestly, Harut's also got the best prices around! Who doesn't wanna save dough? Give this place a try. You'll be a fan for life! read more

If your order has any bit of complexity to it, Harout's insecurities will be triggered and you will have a horrible experience. It is tempting to use his business because his price is cheap but I only recommend doing this if you have a very simple order. Otherwise, he will complain about how complex it is to understand the different details and you run the risk of him having a meltdown. In my case I was on my second transaction with him and I was walking on eggshells to simplify it for him as I remembered his behavior from the first transaction. He told me my order was ready and I drove an hour from Venice to pick up my order. When I arrived he was confused and finally realized he thought I was someone else on the phone and in fact my order was not ready. He did not apologize but got agitated at his failure. I kept my cool about the fact that my order was not ready and he wasted my time because I already knew how easily agitated he could get. Then as he was typing the names of the files, when I corrected something he typed, he blew up and told me forget it and get out. I looked at him and said, Really?? Can you please just do this order and I will find a different vendor for the future? My order was time sensitive (which is why I drove an hour to pick it up). He repeatedly told me to leave. I said so youre fucking me over twice? And then he told me not use that language. So he doesn't mind fucking me over, twice, as long as I don't say the word fuck. Do not go to this insecure man who will melt down and ruin your project. I found Westside Media Group and his prices and services are excellent. read more

Harout is FANTASTIC! Very down to earth and killer deals. I just duplicated 5 Blu Rays (of course I brought in the finalized master) and it cost me $5 per duplication as opposed to most places that cost $10 to $20. Highly highly recommend. No better place in town that can beat this price and Harout's warm attitude. read more

You cannot beat the prices, turnaround, and quality of this place. I've had two CD's made through Hollywood Disc and have been completely satisfied. Harout is very friendly, and will even take that extra step of going over your artwork with you in photoshop, showing you exactly how you can expect everything to turn out. If you're an independent musician looking for the best deal on high quality CD printing, then I can't recommend this place enough. I'm already looking forward to bringing my next project here. read more
