Worst customer service I ever experienced. Ignorant, unprofessional and rude. They overcharge for shipping. They make promises and don't keep them, they make offers and later don't honor them. They don't stand by their word or their product. The quality is dodgy. So far I had 9 or 10 empty digipacks (no disc in the tray) in about 150 items. -I hope those stats doesn t speak for the whole 1000. The UV-coat is peeling in places and the inc comes off the discs. read more

If your order has any bit of complexity to it, Harout's insecurities will be triggered and you will have a horrible experience. It is tempting to use his business because his price is cheap but I only recommend doing this if you have a very simple order. Otherwise, he will complain about how complex it is to understand the different details and you run the risk of him having a meltdown. In my case I was on my second transaction with him and I was walking on eggshells to simplify it for him as I remembered his behavior from the first transaction. He told me my order was ready and I drove an hour from Venice to pick up my order. When I arrived he was confused and finally realized he thought I was someone else on the phone and in fact my order was not ready. He did not apologize but got agitated at his failure. I kept my cool about the fact that my order was not ready and he wasted my time because I already knew how easily agitated he could get. Then as he was typing the names of the files, when I corrected something he typed, he blew up and told me forget it and get out. I looked at him and said, Really?? Can you please just do this order and I will find a different vendor for the future? My order was time sensitive (which is why I drove an hour to pick it up). He repeatedly told me to leave. I said so youre fucking me over twice? And then he told me not use that language. So he doesn't mind fucking me over, twice, as long as I don't say the word fuck. Do not go to this insecure man who will melt down and ruin your project. I found Westside Media Group and his prices and services are excellent. read more

Two questions: #1 Why did I ignore the first review? #2 When will people learn that incompetence and horrible customer service only hurt THEIR business? I was speaking to the salesman, when a call came in. He was on the phone (with me standing there) for 12 minutes. Shame on me for not leaving then. He sent me a proof via email which I responded to. I never heard back from him, so I drove all the way over there got my original disc that I gave him and walked out. There HAS to be a good place in Hollywood that does disc duplication.....no? Great small business, great owner, great service. I sent Harout an email about doing some CD duplication, and it was a buck and twenty cents per disc. $1.20. That's really cheap! I wanted 25 done so it was gonna cost me $30. I came to the place about three days after I sent him the email, and he remembered what I had sent him (it was a piano album I had been working on). He told me he would take around 7-10 minutes, which in my mind, is pretty quick for a service like this. I gave him my master disc and sat down.... waited... and he came out ten minutes later with my 25 CDs in a spindle. Seriously great service and I'm a fan of what he's been able to do! I mean, if you've got something you need in an hour, you could go there and he'd get it for you in fifteen minutes at most for the amount of CDs I needed. Anyway, sorry if this review seemed a bit boring, but this was my experience and by golly, it was great. I don't have much in the bank, but the service is so affordable I can still use this service to give away my music for free!
