Excellent customer service. Always goes the extra mile to help out. I had no idea how cd duplication worked but Harout walked me through the entire process, step by step. He was very patient with me and I could tell that he wanted me to receive the best possible final product. Prices are very good too. 10/10 would recommend and I'll make sure to come here for all my CD and printing needs! read more

Amazing professional service. I was in and out with my blue ray copies within 30 minutes. Friendly fast service. I recommend to all!

Hollywood Disc is hands down the best place, they are a life saver. I needed my wedding video (blu-ray) copied to take overseas for family and after calling about 15 places as soon as the words blu ray came out of my mouth it seemed like I was talking to a dinosaur. No one else from Woodland Hills to Pasadena that I called deals with BluRay. I was glad that I did not give up on my search and found Hollywood Disc (well worth the drive from Encino) not only did Harout stay open an extra hour to help me out on a Saturday but they were able to give me 4 copies of BluRay faster then I could imagine. Thank you Hollywood Disc, with all honestly I was ready to accept the fact that my family members overseas would not get too see my wedding day video. I will definitely recommend you to everyone and will become a loyal customers.Thank You. read more

Hands down, Hollywood Disc is the best place for your printing needs! They have best prices in town, super fast turnaround, high quality products, and Harout (the owner) is a good guy. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this one deserved it. read more

Harout is FANTASTIC! He burned a small run of DVD's for me with art (resized and fit perfectly) within an hour. He was easily the best price around town and was efficient. Not only that, he's friendly and engaging. For an independent filmmaker who is short on time and money, he's great. I was able to jump on wireless while he ran my job and get some work done while I wasn't helping myself to his free candy. He accepts credit cards too! read more

Great work, great prices, Harout is really helpful. Highly recommend.

Harout saved our butts yesterday. We needed 200 CDs burned ASAP and he did it in record timing whilst giving us the best customer service we could ask for. Thanks Harout, our band will be coming back to you!!! read more

What a fabulously run business. I was struggling to burn and label 150 CDs by myself (I spent a fortune on dumb Avery labels) and then I found Hollywood Disc. Go to the pros! Harout got the job done for me in the same day and they look a million times better than I could have ever done. Thank you Hollywood Disc! read more

I needed to put a few minutes long video on a blue ray disc. Hollywood disc was the best choice! They were very helpful and very quick. I will be back for sure! read more

They did and amazing job and will always keep them in mind for future projects, not to mention they had my order ready in 24hours!!

I experienced such great service here that I actually felt compelled (for the first time ever) to actually write a review! I had a last minute job I desperately needed done, and when I called, the man I spoke to was so helpful and accommodating. He processed my order immediately, and didn't charge me extra for the rush job or anything like that. He asked me if I was genuinely happy with the product, and while I totally was, he still offered to print some brighter options just so I would have something to compare it to and see what I preferred. I highly recommend this place for the quality product and furthermore, the wonderful customer service! Note: If you drive to the factory to pick up your order, be careful driving on the way out because somehow the curb is confusing and hard to see, and I drove over it and it was not pleasant on my car!!!! read more

Great service! Great work! Great price! I'll be back with my recording duplication needs! Thank you!

Did a small run of CDs as party favors. Great price and Harout turned it around in a couple of hours. Very pleased and would happily use them again. read more

Horrible business. If you want good quality cd's then don't go there. Refused my business as I was trying to order and even tried to place a new order! Blamed me for issues that had nothing to do with the product I gave to the business. Placed an order and the sound came out wrong. It was a mess trying to get them fixed with this company yelled at me and blamed me when it was not my files. Then the next week I called to order some more and he was stuck on last weeks issue and could even handle new business me trying to bring them money. Never in my life have a dealt with something like this. The man who works there was screaming at me over this and that is unacceptable. read more

Happy New Year to Harout at Hollywood Disc! I needed some copies made of 2 different cds. He did an excellent job and gave me a great price. I'm looking forward to working with him again in the coming new year. He was very friendly and helpful! read more

Well, I am genuinely sad to say I had a difficult experience with Harout, but feel it's worth sharing. I have done business with Hollywood Disc in the past and aside from slow response times to emails and having to follow up, it has been positive. I also like to support smaller businesses like his and had recommended him many times. This time there was an issue with the artwork on a short run of CDs that resulted in the image being off-center. I had asked for a proof before printing, and while I know an actual printed proof is not an option, an online proof would have prevented the issue. It was also something that should have raised a flag, in my opinion, but I know he does not make creative decisions on art and that's fine. I had to have the digipak itself redone (not the disc label or inserts) and asked for his help in covering the cost because there was no proof in spite of my request. He was grumpy, but agreed. Obviously, I appreciated that and told him so. I believed he did this to preserve our working relationship and to continue doing business. However, when I brought the order back for more copies with the same art we used the second time (successfully), he flat out refused to do it without discussion. He claimed he was unable to be successful, even though everything was fine the second time. There had been no animosity in any of our exchanges, at least on my end. I am simply an artist and couldn't afford to cover an error I felt was not our fault. I told him if I had known having him cover the cost would mean I could not order additional copies - or I guess do business at all, since that is the ongoing project I will have for a while - I would not have accepted the offer. This was a small order and a small expense on his part that I'm quite sure is part of the cost of doing business. I guess just a warning that if something goes wrong (and that seems very common in printing), he may refuse to work with you, so if you're looking to have an ongoing relationship with someone you can rely on and who will roll with the occasional challenge or unexpected problem, you may have to look elsewhere. At the very least, I recommend insisting on a proof or being incredibly meticulous with your art. read more

Harout just made my day! I needed a short order which he usually doesn't do to help me out since I only needed a few. I am so incredibly grateful for this man and this company. Harout is a sweetheart and does a fantastic job with the prints. The CD's look great and he was able to finish them in no time at all so I can get them Sent out ASAP! He went above and beyond to help and I will keep returning to him for my own business as well as refer all my friends! :) read more

I live in oregon and after researching houses to burn my DVDs (for a year and a half long project I've been working on,) I decided on Hollywood Disc. My job needed a quick turn around, I needed a lot of guidance since this was my first experience with DVDs, labels, cases, etc. Harout was always on the line in sales when I called. He was incredibly patient, helpful, thorough and thoughtful. Ten minutes ago, UPS delivered my 50 2-disc sets and they look GREAT. The video is excellent, the cases high quality. I am completely satisfied with my experience. read more

Quick, friendly, affordable, efficient service and great product. Definitely recommending this to anyone who needs CDs and DVDs made.

Great experience! Excellent service! I had to burn a bluray for an event on a Saturday afternoon and after calling several different places that turned me down I ended up here. They did the service in a few minutes and were very friendly and helpful. Bluray turned out perfect. Highly reccomend it! read more

These guys were great. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the software and equipment they used, and not only took the time to make sure my blu-ray burning was successful but also explained every step of what they were doing - very professional and considerate. They even stayed later than they were open to make sure I got the discs I needed. If you're looking for professional but also considerate and supportive services for disc duplication, burning, or poster/media printing, I recommend Hollywood disc. I'll definitely be going back! read more

Worst company ever. Dont waste your time. They lie to you over the phone to get you to enter the store. Then they tell you they cant do it for the price they said. It is guaranteed be more than they told you. If you do happen to use them, over the other 500 companies in Hollywood that do this, don't say you weren't warned. I wouldn't let them print a receipt...and you shouldn't either. read more

Great service and the DVDs were turned around super fast. Prices were very reasonable and overall very happy client !

Beautiful color printing on DVD-R's! Awesome quailty and easy service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have your work together and need to present it to people, this is the place to stop by for a filmmaker it's like getting a deluxe car wax on whatever you've accomplished! GO! RUN! read more

We have now used Hollywood Disc about 10 different times. I can only tell you "this is as good as it gets" in regards to service, speed, price, friendliness and quality. We have a bad habit of always waiting until the last minute to get our print work done and our CD's replaced. We call Harout and he makes it happen. This company is truly amazing in every way. read more

good CD duplicator. Fast and good quality product. Prices are reasonable. I will use them again

Terrible experience with this business. Very rude, and unprofessional. I will NOT use them again.

This place is awesome! I called to ask about duplicating 50 cds as soon as possible. Harout, the owner, answered the phone and was surprisingly pleasant. I immediately felt that I wouldn't have to look elsewhere. I found my duplicating place! He quoted me $75 and when I asked if there's extra fees or tax he said No just $75! Nothing extra! I emailed him some words and a photo so he could design my cd art. He did a great job and didn't charge any extra fees for this, whereas another business I contacted (and decided not to use) was going to charge me $10 for 15 mins of design or $40 for the hour, tax and all kinds of random fees. Harout emailed the design back to me the same day even though he said it probably wouldn't be done until the next day. I emailed back that evening and told him it was great. The next day I called him and told him I was ready to come in with the cd file and get it duplicated. He asked me what time I would arrive and told me that he could duplicate the cds on the spot for me and it would only take 10 mins. Wow! I wasn't expecting the job to be done so quick. I showed up and was greeted by a very friendly, smiling Harout. His energy was just as I had expected from the phone call. He's is full of love and seems to genuinely enjoy providing an excellent service. He printed one master cd to show me the quality of the art. It was very high quality ink right on the cd. No white sticky labels. Perfectly smooth beautful and dry cd art. While I was waiting one pleasant man walked in to get his cds or dvds. He told me he was getting ready to go on tour and that Harout is the best and he keeps coming back to get his cds or dvds duplicated by him. Within 10 mins or so, I didn't count the time because it went by so fast, the cd's were printed, duplicated and each one was in a sleeve. How did he do it? I was expecting to have to put the cds in the sleeves myself. I told him this and he laughed and said Hollywood Disc is full service. Yes it is! I told him that his positive energy and excellent service exceeded my expectations. Then he did the unthinkable! I handed him $80 in cash expecting $5 back in return. He handed me $20 back and said I give it to you for $60! What? Wow! Really? What a great guy! Unheard of! I couldn't believe it. He said he could tell I was a good person and wanted to charge me less. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at any business ever! Also the location is perfect. The office is literally 5 mins down the road from me right off of San Fernando Road. Easy parking in the parking lot and the office is right there on the first floor. The office has a really good energy, has an open space and is not crowded with people. It's just Harout sitting there taking phone calls. It was very nice and personal. The office also showcases examples of their work. Everything looked very professional and beautifully packaged. The next time I have to duplicate anything I will not hesitate to go back to Harout and Hollywood Disc. He is a really good guy and seems to be the best at what he does! Pick this place! You won't be sorry! read more

Refuses to help independent filmmakers. Rude and impatient. Website lists prices for small quantities, but he wouldn't honor them. Instead threw out insults at us filmmakers. read more

I drove a long way to this tiny office of a place in an industrial area of Glendale. The owner/salesman was pleasent enough but he did a rush job in answering my detailed questions.. I am the singer of a band, and we just finished our album. I needed 100 promo CDs printed up with full color CD jackets (cardboard sleeves), and I needed them quickly.....in time for NAMM (a huge music convention in Anaheim). I called about 5 to 10 companies before I called Hollywood Disc. (Hollywood Disc was actually recommended to me by another local band called 9 Electric.) The person that I dealt with at Hollywood Disc was Harout. Not only did Harout quote me a better price than the other companies that I called, but they got my CDs and CD jackets printed quickly, on very short notice....They made it so that I got my CDs in time for the music convention. The CDs look fantastic, they sound great, and Harout was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely recommend Hollywood Disc to my other musician friends in the future. And I will be sure to use this company again, as well. read more

This place is AMAZING. Wonderful, fast, and very helpful service. I needed a DVD made very quickly, and even though Harout usually doesn't do small jobs like mine, he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He is also a wonderful guy with a great sense of humor. I Highly recommend Hollywood Disc! read more

I just walked in with my master AVCHD discs and my master DVD's, and they made 100 duplicates of each for only around $1 each and it literally took 15 minutes. I couldn't believe how fast they were. Duplicating from home is a huge pain and Fedex Office takes 10 minutes to duplicate EACH DVD and is like $8 each DVD. So obviously Hollywood Disc is the top choice for duplication, either for professional, big bulk jobs, or more low-key student projects like mine. I couldn't recommend this place more for speed, price and friendly, helpful staff. I'm going back for case printing and for all future duplications. read more
