We stumbled across it recently, and it was honestly one of the best random adventures we've had in a long time. We were back within 2 days with the rest of the fam to keep the fun in the sun going. I couldn't believe how much there was to do for the price! If you arrive before noon, it's just $5 for a day pass ($10 after noon), and the kids can easily spend hours there. Animals to pet (both in enclosures and free roaming!) Berry picking (bring a bucket!) Nature trail Multiple play areas Bounce house Water features to cool off in What really made it special, though, was the owner. She is one of the kindest people we've met. She even keeps clean swimsuits and towels in the shop that families can borrow for free if their little ones unexpectedly want to play in the water. You can tell this place is run with so much heart, and I truly hope they get the recognition and support they deserve. If you're looking for an affordable summer adventure, this is it. We wanted to spruce up our patio but have had a bad history with plants as they always seem to perish before they bloom. We were approached by Mr Rick outside in the garden area and were asked if we needed assistance. Not only did he take the time to explain to us what might work best for us he also gave us plenty of options when it came to budget. You can tell that Mr Rick truly loves his work and is passionate about this nursery. Now, not only is Watson's beautiful but the prices are very very reasonable. They are healthy and come in a wide variety of types and sizes. The staff is very helpful. We always visit the cafe to sip on cider. Their fries are fantastic. Let me know they had arrived, how big they were and the cost. When I went to pick them up I wondered the grounds and gift shop and they have a wonderful selection of indoor & outdoor plants, tools, accessories, and gift shop items. That being said...I LOVE this place. I got a Southern Magnolia from this place 5 years ago and it is growing like a weed and still going strong. I have planted several Magnolias from places like Home Depot and Lowes and they were dead in less than a year. I have since bought several plants from here and never have had an issue with any of them. I am going back this week to get another Magnolia for my new house. Can't wait. Keep up the good work of supply the area with quality plants guys!
