What they're not: They are not like a nursery such as East Hill Nursery, where people who are garden and botanical specialists can help you find what's best for your situation and explain best options for you. They're rather a clearinghouse for commonly popular flowers, plants & supplies. But they do that well. Their structure and employees are great and the lines move quickly.

The greenhouse was filled with beautiful hanging flower baskets everywhere, creating such a colorful and cheerful atmosphere. Most of the baskets were priced around $35-$45, and of course I ended up finding one I absolutely loved and bought it. I also picked up some locally harvested honey while I was there. Before leaving, I made sure not to forget the organic seeds I originally came for: zucchini mix, mixed salad greens, sprout mix, and herb mix. This is always one of my favorite places for gardening inspiration, seasonal flowers, and local products.

All parts arrived on time with nothing missing. I have not needed to repair anything on the greenhouse, except one door leaf I left open in a windstorm. I called Henry who was ready to fully assist with parts and advice. For my money this has been an excellent product. I am totally happy 22 years later, what more can you want.

The inventory list and build instruction and DVD were excellent. The finished greenhouse is even better than we anticipated. I highly recommend a visit to there facility if possible. Even though the assembly went smooth the best part was when I had a question. The customer service was superb.
