What an AMAZING PLACE, hands down the owner is one of the nicest persons I've ever met and I've been very excited to continue my relationship with him. My husband had surprised me for Valentine's Day and boy it was an absolutely amazing treat. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place as I hold it so closely to my heart this is not a buying experience but it's more of a connection between you and the plants that he offers

Amazing staff! They truly care about their work. Very helpful with any and all questions you may have. Very generous with their time and knowledge to ensure that you will leave with everything you need to properly care for your bonsai. We felt very welcomed and at home here Thank you so much!!!!

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Robert was very helpful getting a beautiful bonsai. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a bonsai. ***Photographed in window but will be moving outside shortly.

My husband and I are newly interested in bonsai, and came here after googling bonsai nursery's near us. Wow we were so impressed with the staff here!! Robert and Christopher were so open freely sharing their knowledge in a kind, caring way, you can tell they care about their passion as much as the people. We learned more about the art in this visit than in hours of YouTube! They answered every question and made us feel free to come back if we needed any help at all with caring or making our tree pretty or even treesitting. Love this place. Thank you so much for our new tree!!

Wanted to purchase a Bonsai tree as a Christmas gift for my parents! Was looking to purchase one online but was very skeptical about it. So I decided to look around my area to see if there were any shops around that would sell a Bonsai! Lucky enough, I found Asia Pacific Gardening. Coming here, I did not know what to expect, especially since I am not at all familiar with Bonsai and gardening in general! Walked into the store and was immediately greeted and welcomed! I inquired about possibly purchasing a Bonsai tree and was not disappointed at all when I was shown their selections! They had a variety of different types of Bonsai stored in their greenhouse! It was amazing to know that I was able to pick out any out of the mass! She answered all of my questions and was overall very patient. I came in 20 minutes before closing and so I tried to rush things just so I didn't keep them in too late! But they insisted that I took my time to pick out a Bonsai. I was overall very happy that I came to this place and purchased an amazing gift! Thank you once again, I will be sure to come back in the future for potential Bonsai purchases!

The staff were so knowledgeable. Chinese bonsai vs Japanese. Who knew. Really fun place, offers classes and bonsai supplies.

The bonsai are incredibly beautiful and are the reason to go - but Robert is the reason to stay (and return!).

I live in Hawai'i, but most of my family is in the Pacific NW, so finding businesses there that work with me during hard times is a gift. Roxanne has once again come through for me! This month my hanai Mom (Hawaiian for adopted Mom), passed away. I was able to get there to see her the day before she passed, and spend time with her. We set up her service for the following week. Everything was taken care of through the funeral home, but I forgot to get flowers for the reception and graveside service. In a panic, I called Roxanne that morning. She jumped on it right away and I was able to pick up a beautiful, fresh bouquet for Mom, that the rest of the family could enjoy for several weeks afterward. I got one picture of the arrangement, and it does not do it justice, but it was a lovely addition to the banquet table and fit in perfectly with the other arrangements. Roxanne does beautiful work, and she goes above and beyond to help people going through good time and hard times. Mahalo, Roxanne!!

I have one window that was giving it too much light, and and another that wasn't giving it enough. So, I bought a bamboo plant as a gift to my bamboo plant, to create the rainforest sunlight they love sIo much. I got my order, and the stalks were yellow. I called the company, spoke to Julie (an angel), and we were going to give it a few days to see how it did with the indirect lighting. She called me in two days. The bamboo is strong, shows no signs of problems, and actually has little buds coming off at the node below. It's healthy, it's just the wrong color. Julie is sending me a new order. I only have the second container that was making the roots too hot and growing algae. She helped me know if the container I found was good enough, she taught me about the perfect rocks, and most importantly, there was a problem, and she called me back. I was so distraught when I first called her, because I could not throw away the bamboo that was just the wrong color. She made me feel so much better. I hope that NW Wholesalers stays in business for a very long time, because Julie will be the only person I call for plant needs, issues, or hopefully not, "Please tell me what to do to save this plant!!!). I am very grateful. I know it is a plant, but I am so very grateful for her kind heart. I was in a panic until I talked to her, and the company and her deserve a spot in the number one spot for customer service. I haven't even received the second order, but I know it will be perfect. Thank you Julie and everyone who works for you. Your company absolutely blew my mind with your assistance. All people buying bamboo, call her!

We went the other night, stopped at the restaurant first so my husband could eat some meatballs and I just ordered a side of mash and gravy. The meatballs were gross, the mash was bland but also had a funky taste. They do still have some good things like kitchenwares, those little heart cookies with the chocolate in the middle, frames, and some of their furniture that happens to be made of wood is still decent but even that it's become so flimsy. I went up to a curio cabinet I've seen before and just opening the doors and drawers you could tell the wood was thinner, flimsy and of course $100 more than last time I saw it. Everything is overpriced, cheaply made, and it kind of broke my heart because I loved that store. I collected their catalogues and still have them from 1999 until they stopped printing them.
