We walked around a bit longer to look at other option and then circled back to and landed on the first tree we saw. A different guy came over to help us out and then he quoted us 85 for the same tree We went inside to pay and gave the guy the info on the tree and then he tried to charged us 100 dollars?? We mentioned to him that we had been quoted three different prices. He begrudgingly honored the 85 price point but failed to mention the card service fee so ultimately it came out to 93 dollars. It was an inconsistent experience. They offered to wrap the tree but failed to mention that also costs extra unless you ask.... The whole thing just felt shady. It did not put me in the christmas spirit...

Cedar Falls Tree Farm is a really beautiful bit of preserved nature that keeps the gorgeous natural setting while also running a family business. There's a nice spot for parking and you are greeted and the process explained to you upon arrival. There was a roaring fire just off from the greeting area where you could enjoy hot chocolate or cider and warm up after trekking through the property. The trees are randomly planted throughout the property with lots of variety in type and size. The tags on the limbs let you know if they are available. We were pretty surprised at some of the massive trees available for purchase...as in how does one even transfer one of these beasts let alone get them in your living room?? But I digress. We also really enjoyed the trails and just walking around the beautiful property. Such a nice change from having all the trees just planted in a line or just picking one up at the local grocery store. So many tree farms have been going out of business and selling to housing development companies so I loved seeing this beautiful business protecting so much natural habitat. Prices were ridiculously affordable for the size and beauty of these natural grown trees. They also wrapped the tree to make it easy to attach to the top of our car. It was a really magical experience that we highly recommend.

The owner was so friendly and nice and told us that their blueberries are organic and to feel free to sample some. Their blueberries were juicy and sweet. We also stopped by their store which had peaches that were plump and so sweet. I think they are the most memorable peaches because they were so sweet. Their shop carried beautiful baskets, fans and other produce. I highly recommend this farm.

Luck was in our favor when we found family owned Celebration Farms It is absolutely beautiful; esthetically. Gorgeous barns adorned with locally made items such as candles, dish towels, packaged dry goods, lavender and more. The trees were displayed with easy viewing, and with plenty of room to walk around them. There's free cocoa, coffee, an outdoor fire pit, and little smore kits too. Sweet Icing on the cake: The owners and employees were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. If we were better prepared, I'd come here to take our family Christmas card photo too. We left paying a little more than anticipated, but the quality and beauty of our first Nord Fir, combined with the exceptional customer service was everything! This is plant Disneyland for me!…read more Any place that has a clearance rack for plants is a winner for me. Their summer sale of 50% off roses was tempting. Got two plants. The friendly staff even helped me load the plants into my car. Also ended up buying a Bird's nest fern and a Ring of Fire philodendron. The plants were in a good condition so not sure why there was a markdown. But they are healthy and thriving so no complaints. I also got a really cute fall gnome for $4 on the sale rack. Can't wait to go back for Christmas to spend my reward dollars.

The other worker carried out a plant to customer's car. I asked a question and she disappeared for a long time. After waiting 20 minutes the first worker rang me up. She was RUDE. I asked a few question. Didn't thank me and turned around abruptly. The prices for landscaping bushes are twice as expensive and half the size of Home Depot. I will not be purchasing any of my large landscaping plants from them. Seems like if you make small purchases you are not worthy of any customer service .
