We were helped by a nice young man named Mustaffa, sorry if I spelled it wrong. He was helpful, polite, and went out of his way to make our experience top tier all without even knowing it was our last Christmas here. He took us for photos, shook, wrapped, and tied our tree to the car, without being asked. He came to us as soon as we got back from picking our tree and did the rest for us. This young man deserves the highest of praises and if we were staying here, we would be returning yearly because of him.

We were the only ones there. The man who greeted us (the owner?) was very nice and welcoming. There were still quite a few trees to choose from. We found a great tree, and cut it down (yes, it was growing in the ground, not trucked in from Oregon), and had a lovely chat with the man as he rang us up and helped tie it to our car. The shop was lovely, too. We were planning to go back again in 2014, but I broke my foot, and so we decided to finally break down and buy a fake tree. I would recommend Mountain View Tree Farm.

Even though our kids have grown up, they still make time to go with us. The farm is dog-friendly. You can bring them along, too. The tree selection is excellent. They are healthy and come in a wide variety of types and sizes. The staff is very helpful. We always visit the cafe to sip on cider. Their fries are fantastic. I got a golden muscat grape here that I've never seen anywhere else. I also saw their current trees with tons of fruits, but I didn't get it in the end. They also have a good indoor section with a good selection of indoor plants and succulents, and all of their plants look healthy. The nursery cat is also friendly and welcomes rubs. I asked the owner(?) about growing the golden muscat, and she said it's easy but it will take a few years to take off. They don't have a ton of stuff like the flower world as this is likely a family business, but you might be able to find something you like here...
