We were helped by a nice young man named Mustaffa, sorry if I spelled it wrong. He was helpful, polite, and went out of his way to make our experience top tier all without even knowing it was our last Christmas here. He took us for photos, shook, wrapped, and tied our tree to the car, without being asked. He came to us as soon as we got back from picking our tree and did the rest for us. This young man deserves the highest of praises and if we were staying here, we would be returning yearly because of him.

Overall it's good but I would check the amount of pumpkins before going.

Gorgeous barns adorned with locally made items such as candles, dish towels, packaged dry goods, lavender and more. The trees were displayed with easy viewing, and with plenty of room to walk around them. There's free cocoa, coffee, an outdoor fire pit, and little smore kits too. Sweet Icing on the cake: The owners and employees were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. If we were better prepared, I'd come here to take our family Christmas card photo too. We left paying a little more than anticipated, but the quality and beauty of our first Nord Fir, combined with the exceptional customer service was everything! Saws, kneeling pads, carts, car tying etc all included. Very friendly, happy-seeming staff. I really love my tree and am curious if it will last a little longer than a tree from a tree lot. It was quite busy and workers were running around helping everyone. I experienced no rudeness but could tell it was a little stressful on them, especially inside the store. But we were patient considering the service they were providing and this time of year and all the shoppers there. I really liked how they carried our trees out for us, marked them, shook them, and wrapped them up for us. I was appreciative of their service but knew I had to have a little patience with this event as it had a little bit of a "Black Friday" vibe to it. 2025: We are going back again today 11/29/2025.

Even though our kids have grown up, they still make time to go with us. The farm is dog-friendly. You can bring them along, too. The tree selection is excellent. They are healthy and come in a wide variety of types and sizes. The staff is very helpful. We always visit the cafe to sip on cider. Their fries are fantastic. I tell all my friends and colleagues about Trinity Tree Farm.
