Cedar Falls Tree Farm is a really beautiful bit of preserved nature that keeps the gorgeous natural setting while also running a family business. There's a nice spot for parking and you are greeted and the process explained to you upon arrival. There was a roaring fire just off from the greeting area where you could enjoy hot chocolate or cider and warm up after trekking through the property. The trees are randomly planted throughout the property with lots of variety in type and size. The tags on the limbs let you know if they are available. We were pretty surprised at some of the massive trees available for purchase...as in how does one even transfer one of these beasts let alone get them in your living room?? But I digress. We also really enjoyed the trails and just walking around the beautiful property. Such a nice change from having all the trees just planted in a line or just picking one up at the local grocery store. So many tree farms have been going out of business and selling to housing development companies so I loved seeing this beautiful business protecting so much natural habitat. Prices were ridiculously affordable for the size and beauty of these natural grown trees. They also wrapped the tree to make it easy to attach to the top of our car. It was a really magical experience that we highly recommend.

Nonetheless, it's a fantastic place to bring your family and kids to roam around the tree farm, take some pics (beautiful backdrop of Mt Si) or enjoy a cup of hot apple cider by the bonfire. I had a great experience here. The folks are friendly and helpful. I picked out a tree, they helped me carry it to the tree shaker, wrapped it up and carried it to my car. They also offered to load it to my car which was very nice of them.

It's the best looking tree we've ever had in WA and didn't break the bank for an 8' tree. In the past we had gone to Trinity but spent over $170 for an 8' tree last year and vowed to find a new place that wasn't filled with a bunch of yuppies just trying to get their social media pics. The staff was super friendly at Papa's Tree farm. They even provide carpet squares and saws, BUT they also have workers with chainsaws to make the process super easy to cut down your tree. They haul it over to be shaken and baled ($5) and even loaded the tree atop our car and tied it on for us. Talk about full service. They had a few fire pit fires too!!! We definitely will be heading back there next year!

We walked around a bit longer to look at other option and then circled back to and landed on the first tree we saw. A different guy came over to help us out and then he quoted us 85 for the same tree We went inside to pay and gave the guy the info on the tree and then he tried to charged us 100 dollars?? We mentioned to him that we had been quoted three different prices. He begrudgingly honored the 85 price point but failed to mention the card service fee so ultimately it came out to 93 dollars. It was an inconsistent experience. They offered to wrap the tree but failed to mention that also costs extra unless you ask.... The whole thing just felt shady. It did not put me in the christmas spirit...

We were helped by a nice young man named Mustaffa, sorry if I spelled it wrong. He was helpful, polite, and went out of his way to make our experience top tier all without even knowing it was our last Christmas here. He took us for photos, shook, wrapped, and tied our tree to the car, without being asked. He came to us as soon as we got back from picking our tree and did the rest for us. This young man deserves the highest of praises and if we were staying here, we would be returning yearly because of him.
