Plenty of goodies to choose from whether you are into Disney, movies, Jurassic Park, whatever. Box Lunch has a great variety of everything and something for every budget as well. Loved the small section of POTC stuff and the goofy Movie as well. They have a large Pop Funko section too. We went on Saturday and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Love this store and so excited we have one closer to home now (we used to have to drive up to the Irvine Spectrum to get our Box Lunch fix!).

I definitely have to be careful when I stop in. Boxlunch has a great rewards program as well! The staff here is super friendly and helpful every time we have come in. I tried to fight off the temptation, but alas! It broke me!! The pretty bag I saw being held by the mannequin had me intrigued. The deep burgundy color has become my second fave. There's something about it that's just so... sophisticated and sexy! Needless to say, that bag was calling my name loud and clear. I didn't want to spend the money, but I didn't see a price tag on it, so I politely asked the lady behind the counter to do a price check. My jaw dropped because it just so happened to be on sale! Lucky me!! It was the only one I saw in there, too. The best part is that I had the military/first responders email that was sent to me earlier in the week. 25% off up to 15 regular priced items online AND in-store, such a steal! When I asked another sales associate if the discount could be stacked on top of sale prices, she said YES!! Naturally, I had to say YES, too!! Lol This location may not be big, but the service is great and they have a decent sale section. I walked away with my newest Lulu piece, and had a wonderful evening thanks to the ladies here. But besides that, I seriously have had issues. And I buy shoes, a LOT. Specifically Aldo shoes. I came here this afternoon to return a pair of shoes I bought with the guy here last time that I had ordered at the store online... After going to UTC without my receipt and being denied a return, I called Aldo got all the info and came back here. Great thing was the manager didn't even give me a hassle...but... She was really rude! Like I've had her before, and she's the manager and I'm sorry but (not) she rubs me the wrong way. I believe last time I came I had really crappy service from her and this time, I even remembered her (I think I may have given her a slight piece of my mind last time) and so I tried to be diplomatic.... Unfortunately it started from the get go... She asked me 21 questions. She brought out the shoes I needed but gave me a cap at 4 shoes and wouldn't bring out another pair until I decided to remove a pair (that I hadn't even tried on yet) and made a point of telling me she does it because her store is "small"... Um, I've been to many Aldo stores and they're all SMALL, If I want to try on 5 pairs of shoes I will- what if I want them all (this is very well possible with me)... I didn't fight her on this though... She came back within like 3 minutes asking me if she could take any away (to give me the others) and I hadnt even put on the left shoe for the first ones I was trying on #fail...and when I calmly (ooooh as calmly as I could) told her, I was working on the first still...she got kind of defensive... Like she was slightly annoyed... Long story short, I found the shoes I wanted. I tried to be as nice as possible but I almost walked out and just returned cuz she gave me the worst service, and unfortunately the other girl there did too. I felt like I was being scrutinized for being there and like I wasn't to be trusted with even the bag of shoes I had initially bought because she took those from me from the get-go... And again, upon closing the sale...I had a 15% email signup and she even asked me if I had used one already and noted that I already used on the last ones... Like SO rude. As a customer, please don't belittle or insinuate anything. The point of service is to be nice and make sure I'm happy. And yes that I don't steal anything but I've been in here so many times by now that they should literally know me as customer of the week LOL. So...at the end of the day, I'm spending money and if I want to use three/four/five or ten coupons, as long as they work so be it. The point is to get me coming back. I seriously almost want to write a letter to corporate on this. Only cuz it's so lame! I love Aldo so I'll keep buying their shoes but looks like my main store is gonna be UTC from now!

I ended walking out with 2 pairs. The store is always well organized and very clean. Customer service is also always great. I was helped by Jena and another employee during my visit. Both were helpful and had good input on my show buying experience. I wish I could have found a decent pair of shoes on sale but nothing really caught my eye or fit well. I opted for 2 full price new shoes which is a big deal. Its been about 5 years since buying my last pair. I am very happy with the shows and the visit.
