Based on my last visit, I'm going to hand out a 5 star review for this Lululemon location in Escondido. I had the email that was set to expire the night I went. I browsed around and didn't initially see anything I HAD TO have. But then.. you know how you walk around a few times and see some things that catch your eye? Well, that was me. I tried to fight off the temptation, but alas! It broke me!! The pretty bag I saw being held by the mannequin had me intrigued. The deep burgundy color has become my second fave. There's something about it that's just so... sophisticated and sexy! Needless to say, that bag was calling my name loud and clear. I didn't want to spend the money, but I didn't see a price tag on it, so I politely asked the lady behind the counter to do a price check. My jaw dropped because it just so happened to be on sale! Lucky me!! It was the only one I saw in there, too. The best part is that I had the military/first responders email that was sent to me earlier in the week. 25% off up to 15 regular priced items online AND in-store, such a steal! When I asked another sales associate if the discount could be stacked on top of sale prices, she said YES!! Naturally, I had to say YES, too!! Lol This location may not be big, but the service is great and they have a decent sale section. I walked away with my newest Lulu piece, and had a wonderful evening thanks to the ladies here. Came in to this shop to finally use my gift card that I've had since last Christmas. Kind of a small shop, but clean. They hardly had any of the bigger sizes, but I was able to find a few things. Alexis and Sabrina were so kind and helpful, excellent customer service. I'm not gonna lie, this place is crazy expensive even with the $100 gift card I had. I love the quality of their clothes. It's very expensive but I feel it's worth it for the soft and comfy clothes. They offer limited complimentary alterations. I bought a top and after a couple wears felt it was too long so I dropped it off to be altered. They contacted me to let me know when it was ready to be picked up. They offer military discounts. read more

Sadly, they don't make slim fit work out clothes for my dad bod type lol but they still sell the best quality work out or lounge clothes per price point. This pop up store is small but has endless inventory. Always worth a visit. read more

Amazing guest educator- Katie Chavez I would just like to write about my positive experiences with Katie Chavez At the lululemon pop up in North County mall. Katie goes above and beyond to offer excellent customer service and I feel that should be recognized and commendable.  Every time that I'm shopping at this store (which is a lot) and Katie's working, I feel welcomed and acknowledged. Not only is she a product expert but she's so personable, which is incredibly important in her role as customer relations. Anytime I've had a product issue or question, I've gone to Katie for help and she's gone above and beyond to make things right.  Definitely a 10 star guest educator that believes strongly in the Lululemon philosophy and makes this store fantastic! This clothing line has been one of my favourites for the past 15 years, the quality is phenomenal and if you have any issues (within reasonable time frame) the educators will make things right. The main problem I have with this location is the unwillingness to solve guest issues. The company offers quality promises when stitching comes undone, fading occurs, etc. However, on multiple occasions with various lululemon clothes I have come in with manufacturing issues which they did not accept. Other locations are much more willing to assist with any problems. For some reason they are stingy at the Escondido "pop up shop". read more

This is a pop-up Lululemon location located on the second floor of the mall, close to the Cheesecake Factory. This location will be open through January 2023. Slightly smaller than your typical Lululemon stores but still a decent selection of items nonetheless. read more

Omg!! Total amazing experience with Bri. She guided me to some great items and gave great feedback on what looked good and what didn't. Bri is a total asset at this store. I came in today and was helped by Brooklyn ( I apologize if I spelt your name wrong). Although I wasn't able to find what I wanted, I needed to make sure I left her an amazing review! Brooklyn was very kind, respectful, and made me feel welcomed with how patient she was. I will be returning within the next few weeks to see if the white shorts were restocked. However, I would like to note... I am only returning to this location solely based on the amazing encounter I had today. Caitlyn and her staff are very customer oriented! They call me by name as soon as I stepped in to the store. They're always willing to help and I always walk out with a bag in my hand. That's because they show me what's new and new markdowns. Great job for hiring excellent and amazing employees Lululemon! I was never treated special at other locations. I spent close to $3000 in the store, one or two days prior and had to return two items that apparently were nonrefundable and that warranted a store credit. I respect their policy; however, I also explained I just purchased a high volume of clothes and I don't want to have to drive all the way home to get some of the clothes to then come back and get a refund on my credit card in order to turn around and buy the same items with the credit I would be given. Instead of trying to figure out a workaround given the volume of clothes I had just purchased, I drove all the way back home because the manager Did not know how to work outside the box or solve for the situation given the circumstances. I cannot stand when someone is called a manager that has no authority to think outside the box. Lululemon can do better. Love their clothes, but that was a ridiculous situation given the fact I had to drive all the way home to get my items and return to the store to get a refund on my credit card only to use the store credit they just gave me. Absolutely ridiculous and horrific service. read more

Right away Katie and the staff knew exactly what I wanted and were quick to help. She was very knowledge and recommended another fabric that I ended up purchasing instead.
