A Target store with three floors - very unusual! It takes a little bit to learn to navigate the store, but what you find is a store that is cleaner and better organized than many of the other Targets' I have shopped in multiple states. It also seems that this store has a larger assortment than others. Parking can be a pain as the parking lot is just weird, with one-way lanes on a slight decline toward the store, but all is good if you don't mind the walk in a mall parking lot.

Accessibility: there are accessible/handicap parking across from the entrance of the building as well as pick up for online orders...you have to download the Target app for this, type in your parking spot number, then someone will bring your items out to you. The parking lot to the front doors are all flat ground so need for a ramp there, then the doors are motion-activated and will open for you. Inside, this Target is two or three floors so they have both elevators and escalators. It is brightly lit inside and they have restrooms on the bottom floor, possibly all floors. Experience: this Target is a little smaller in selections than the other Target in Escondido but sometimes this one has stuff the other doesn't. This place has clothing, homegoods, skin care items, fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen items, canned items, holiday things and more.

They have three levels here at the store. Not impressed with the customer service at this store. I wish they were helpful.

I'm from Las Vegas via Los Angeles and New York. I've been in countless Target stores throughout my adult life, but never have I seen a multiple-level store like this Target in the Westfield Shopping Center, Escondido, California. This store is huge, well-stocked, has amiable staff and is extremely clean. Anyone living and shopping in this Target is quite lucky. If we had anything like this in Las Vegas, I might consider ending my relationship with Walmart; Nah, just kidding. I would, however, do more non-food shopping at a Target store like this. All you Escondido"ites" are quite lucky to have such a large and beautiful store like this in your backyard. Is Escondidoite an actual word? RECOMMENDED: Highly SERVICE: Good to excellent PRICE: $$ COVID: Practices pandemic regulations. PARKING: Convenient REASON/INTENT: General shopping

First time I've been in a Target with three floors. Nice because they have escalators and also attached is an escalator for shopping carts! Nice convenience for shoppers. My one concern is we couldn't locate any employee! And the reason why? I guess there isn't an employee uniform. Who knows. But decent Target that also had fresh vegetables and fruit! Fantastic because I needed bananas and cherry tomatoes!

They sell new items and flavors like Suja Kombucha.

My favorite Escondido Target. While the family prefers the larger store off auto parkway I enjoy this location more. It's a cleaner place and less crowded on weekends. - Better clearance selection and quantity. - Nice to be attached to the Westfield mall. Though you do have to hold off shopping at Target until the end of your visit. - Parking is a real pain around Christmas..

I love Target, but the drive up service has become unpredictable. Previously the drive up was a very convenient service and the person delivering the items to your car were always smiling. The last two times I've had grumpy workers who do the bare minimum. It's too bad that they don't know how to smile but given the circumstances of our current state where there is a lack of interest of people wanting to go to work, the companies are scrapping the bottom of the barrel. i'm sure it's a temporary setback and I don't blame target... I blame the pandemic and the lack of eager workers.

At first I thought it was weird to have a Target open up at the NCF, but it actually is a clever idea.

The smaller kitchen items though aren't as much at a discount and frankly many of the smaller items are at regular price which is disappointing. Great for larger pricey pieces, not worth it for other kitchenware and home decor.

There's also a TJ Maxx nearby in the Target shopping center if you need more options, because they are owned by the same parent company and therefore sometimes have the same items. This is a smaller location than the other two I mentioned, and not quite as busy. They have a lot of merchandise still, so you may have a better chance of finding that thing you're looking for. And I love that they have great deals on items, and a larger selection than places like Walmart or Target. I'm usually looking for food items like spices and sauces, and kitchen gadgets and organizers. I also come looking for work needs, like cute glasses and ramekins. Selection of those items definitely varies with the seasons, and they have a great selection of Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter items. I've also come looking for a gift multiple times. There are a lot of great items in the pet section, and they also have the collections of items from places like India and Indonesia occasionally. The line to check out can get long, as this is a smaller store. I've never had an issue with the employees, they all seem nice. HG seem to be in high-traffic shopping centers, and this one definitely is. Parking can be an issue at peak times, because of Aldi, BevMo, Staples, and restaurants like Cali Fish Grill, Primos, and Board & Brew.
