I went back to the store simply asking to exchange the damaged items--not even for a refund--and was shocked by how I was treated. The store manager was beyond rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I explained that the items had just been purchased and were already broken, yet I wasn't even allowed to exchange them for undamaged ones. What should have been a very simple customer-service issue turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I shop at Hobby Lobby regularly and have spent plenty of money there over the years, so this was especially disappointing. I understand stores have policies, but there is no excuse for treating a customer rudely when they are simply trying to resolve an issue with damaged merchandise they just purchased. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider shopping at this location again. Management should be setting the example for good customer service--not making customers feel like an inconvenience for bringing back merchandise that was sold broken.

Personally, I think it's dangerous, value priced items and endless inventory. You'll see similar items as Ross since they're a subsidiary of them but you're most likely to get it in your size as not as many patrons know to shop here. This is a top-notch Target store located in the mall in Escondido, CA…read more Whenever we are in the area for the Del Mar Fair (aka the San Diego County Fair), or to see our friends in Fallbrook, or to see our friends in Ramon, we frequent this spot. It's a three-story store with entrances to the mall. And the cool escalators that let you take your cart up or down levels with a cart-moving lane on each side of each escalator. There are also elevators but that's less exciting. Check the signs to see which level you're going to need for the products you're looking for. The most recent stop we just bought three smaller Lego sets. My wife built one of them on our way to a brunch date. On the ground level there is a Starbucks open for snacks and drinks. This store has self-checkout, too, so checking out and paying for your stuff is a breeze. There are regular registers with friendly employees to help you out otherwise. Can't go wrong. Great deals and quick service. Check this Target out when you're in Escondido.

There's also a TJ Maxx nearby in the Target shopping center if you need more options, because they are owned by the same parent company and therefore sometimes have the same items. This is a smaller location than the other two I mentioned, and not quite as busy. They have a lot of merchandise still, so you may have a better chance of finding that thing you're looking for. And I love that they have great deals on items, and a larger selection than places like Walmart or Target. I'm usually looking for food items like spices and sauces, and kitchen gadgets and organizers. I also come looking for work needs, like cute glasses and ramekins. Selection of those items definitely varies with the seasons, and they have a great selection of Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter items. I've also come looking for a gift multiple times. There are a lot of great items in the pet section, and they also have the collections of items from places like India and Indonesia occasionally. The line to check out can get long, as this is a smaller store. I've never had an issue with the employees, they all seem nice. HG seem to be in high-traffic shopping centers, and this one definitely is. Parking can be an issue at peak times, because of Aldi, BevMo, Staples, and restaurants like Cali Fish Grill, Primos, and Board & Brew.

The store is quaint with lots of selections. They divide the store into 2 parts. The front for babies up to 12 months and the back from 12 months to toddler sizes. The store is well kept and always organized. The costumer service is great! The sales are really good and to find out what's on sale sign up for their rewards club. You get awesome alerts and even more discounts.

She s ar I'd no problem...if they don't like it, you can return and use on another purchase. Well, I ended up returning what I got. I purchased new items, but I was told that the fun cash was as already used......I explained that I was told I could use it again. It was a NO go. I purchased over $100. 00 dollars worth of clothing. I spoke with my daughter, and she told me just to return everything...she was done with Carter's. I did call the 800 number....waited about 15 minutes to speak with a person. She gave me another number to call. Again I waited. She said they would contact the store...but they do not get back to customers. So the long and the short of it...I lost the $10.00....customer service sucked.
