Okay... if you need a new lace to stay in Everett Washington and the majority of your time will be spent in a Conference or event then yes this is a descent place. Some advice, book the rooms on the opposite side of the highway. Extremely loud throughout the night listening cars racing by until sunup. The rooms are basic. We have a very loud toilet that when flushed made a sound from a horror movie. Having said that the staff was very nice, peasant to talk with and hospitable. Now what made me give three stars was the Breakfast and location of the hotel. This wasn't your Continental breakfast with juice, granola bars and yogurt. They serve a full breakfast; eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, juices yogurts, fruit, fresh made waffles, hot cinnamon rolls, toast and more. Each more they rotated the choice with something new. We looked forward to the breakfast. Given what we only slept in our room I'd book here again.

Room with two queen beds

My husband and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites on our road trip from Vancouver to Seattle. We would have just driven to Seattle but my husband figured it would be a little cheaper to stay at a hotel in Everett than in Seattle. My husband made a reservation on Hotels.com in which he reserved us a room with 2 queen size beds. We had a friendly employee greet us when we walked through the doors of the hotel after we parked. She helped checked us in and gave us our hotel keys. Our room had a TV, a mini fridge (please note that this fridge did not have a freezer), complementary shower products in the shower that is from Dove. There is also a gym on site. Unfortunately there was no water, as the water dispenser was empty. Please note that there is an indoor heated pool but I did not use it upon this stay. Parking is free, in addition to WiFi and breakfast (Daily from 6- 9:30 am). The breakfast choices we had included biscuits, turkey sausage patties, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, cold cereals, juices, coffee, hot water (and tea bags), assorted pastries/ bread. Our room was clean and there was plenty of towels available. There was plenty of counter space in the bathroom but felt that the bathroom was a little cramped, just because the toilet was so close to the door and shower tub. The bed we slept on was comfortable. Overall, this was a pretty good stay and the room was affordable (~$109 per night, prior to tax). I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 1 night for business. Pros: Close to Paine Field airport - 15 minute Uber drive away. Friendly staff, especially the front desk lady in the morning Good breakfast - hot foods and they actually have a non dairy milk option. First time in all my travels that I've seen a hotel offer this, big plus to management for providing that option Cons: The original king bed I checked into had a broken TV. Front desk staff came in and tried fixing but there was just static. They moved me into another 2 queen bed room and it had the smell of body odor. I was tired and kind of fed up by then so I didn't ask for a room change.

Advice though, If you enjoy the white noise of semi trucks on I-5, get an even numbered room, applies on all floors.

Save yourself the headache, don't rent this rundown building with half-ass and dishonest contacts…read more I hosted a surprise birthday party here for my dad. I picked this place because of its affordability and its proximity to my sister's house (I figured day-of setup would go more smoothly if we the back-and-forth trips weren't very far). Our party was great, but I will not recommend this place to anyone. The office is open for a grand total of 8hours/week (9-11am M-F) which means walking through for a preview is very difficult to schedule. Additionally, the office manager, Tanya, was not at all interested in showing us around when my sister and I stopped by to check it out. The day of the party, we did receive a formal walk-through with all the rules. Here's what we had to work with: (1) there was garbage floating in the pond - Tanya was aware of it but didn't explain why it wasn't cleaned out and assured us that we would be charged if any more garbage was found in the pond. (2) chairs in the entryway are FILTHY. We hid them upstairs out-of-sight (3) bullet-hole in the front window? Classy. (4) outside outlets and some inside outlets didn't work. Maintenance was unaware and did not offer a solution. (5) Men's room urinal only flushes when it feels like it (6) front door is broken (7) the air vents are totally covered with black dust/cobwebs/other growing things. Hopefully none of the guests looked up. (8) a gazillion chairs are available but they're a mishmash of unmatched folding chairs. But we are awesome party-throwers, so we decided the show will go on and we had a great evening. We cleaned like crazy and left that place in better shape than when we arrived. So how disappointing to receive an invoice that charged cleaning fees that were nothing less than dishonest. For example, we were charged for food stains upstairs - funny, since we served food downstairs and no guests were upstairs; that's where we stored extra tables/chairs. Also, she said the kitchen counters and range were not clean; I don't know what to say except YES THEY WERE. She wanted us to vacuum the carpeted entryway, which also wasn't used because the front door was broken, and it's not like there's a vacuum in the facility anyway. I contacted the office with my concerns over the invoice and received no response. Clearly this place needs a lot of repairs and overcharging renters is one way to pay for that.

I rented the clubhouse and had a contract with them so I follow the contract and I still was charge…read morefor things not on the contrac. they'll tell you not to do something like moping because it will ruin the floors so we did not mop and then they'll charge you for it moping. During the summertime I love when they open up the garage door to let more the airflow in. I appreciate that. They always have local businesses popping up in their location. I've been here for events as well as food pop-ups and it's always a delight. If you are looking to meet up with a friend or catch up with work they have two larger tables with plenty of room. as for coffee, I think it's fantastic. I opted to get the reasonable jar that I can bring in every time I grab a drink. It's the perfect size that way I don't overdo it on the caffeine. Every time I've come by the space parking has been plentiful. I imagine during the summertime and might get a little crowded.

Such a fun concept and experience. Before you go in they get your flower preferences (type, color,…read moreetc.) and some inspo pictures. When you arrive there are a bunch of vases in the back corner with the options they sourced for you and some other bouquets for purchase and inso front and center. You have the option to order drinks while you put together your bouquets and that would probably be the only down side to the experience. The matcha was pretty watery and not made very well but it was cute and aesthetic.. Overall my gals and I had a fun time arranging our bouquets and chatting while we did so. I wish they had turn tables for each person and we did not have to share. We only have 4 people in our group so to me it would make sense to have more than 2. Other than that, all the tools needed were there and a time was had.

I recently met Trent, the owner. He was very nice and accommodating for me to view the venue. As a…read morevendor, I really appreciate the layout of the venue and the event support that the owners provide, such as moving tables and chairs around and helping in the cleanup/takedown process of the event. Even taking away the trash at the end of the night. So many venues expect the couple/clients to haul tables and chairs and trash to obscure storage locations on their property at 11:00 pm. This makes a big difference when hiring our team to help with takedown. I was able to give my clients a huge discount for my takedown/cleanup service. So all of you potential couples, think about this for your convenience and ease of operation for your event when looking for a wedding venue. And did I mention...this venue is stunning, pristine, close in to town and has beautiful landscaping! vendor: Lisa Faircloth Events, LLC.

So it's a hidden gem! This place has amazing large lawns and lots of floral shrubs. Just driving up the lane to the venue gave me butterflies. The owners were very helpful throughout the whole day. They even helped my husband and I get my keys out of my locked car! The father of the groom thanked the owners in his toast so I have a good feeling they were wonderful to work with like he said. As it started to get dark they lit torches (not tacky tiki ones) around the outdoor dining/reception area and have so many other great lighting touches. This has to be one of the most beautiful wedding venues I've seen (and I toured a lot for my wedding a few years ago). Just the amount of work it takes to make the grounds look that good is very impressive.
