I was really impressed with this motor inn. I would normally not stay in a motor inn, but it was super close to my niece. Apparently, there's a new owner in the last year and everything is new and the check- in staff was wonderful. Very quiet and no issues regarding my concern my safety. Mattress was amazing, towels were actually meant for adult humans and nice! The room was clean and cozy. Both of the staff members I had contact with were friendly and helpful! Rooms are Clean, Everything is clean... no garbage in the parking lot as well as nice people, great place for a quiet night sleep!

If you pay your money for a room you should get the normal stuff like toilet paper and towels!! The guy Mike running the front desk is super unprofessional I asked for toilet paper because the the on my room was low already when I checked in and he goes "dang already" I told him it was low when I checked in and that made me take a picture of the roll. Then he said there's only 6 rolls left somebody going with out and it won't be him! I said that's how yall treat yall tenants he said yeah well and shrugged his shoulders. The house keeping is very nice and attentive so that's a plus. But the maintenance guy has been pounding on the walls almost every morning at 9 am every morning for the last week. I'm in my room talking to my kids and the maintenance guy start talking smack from the room below through the window just really unprofessional I wouldn't recommend more then an EMERGENCY night stay you might not get any toilet paper or towels read more

Is no stars an option? I got stiffed part of my return deposit bcz front desk decided that two body towels were missing. The room didnt come with four body towels it came with two body towels, two wash clothes, and a floor towel. Why wouldnt the room come with four wash clothes to match the "four" towels and one floor towel for a one night stay for two? Regardless math is universal so it doesnt matter what language it is in not getting all of my deposit back is a slap in the face after we stayed three days instead of one and didnt receive any housekeeping or anything. This is, by far, the worst place(customer service) that Ive ever come across! We stopped by a friends room to check w/ him about a job that we all would be doing together in the morning. He had just checked in for one night & was moving into his new home the next day. Two other friends of ours had just given him a ride there from work, so we all went to his room to discuss plans for next day. After about 10 mins, the mgr knocked on the door (which my boyfriend answered)and proceded to tell our friend that he could only "sleep" in the room and was NOT allowed to have ANY visitors at all! She even went so far as to not allow my boyfriend back into the room to grab me and some snacks that we had brought and she stood & waited until we all were in our cars and driving away! RIDICULOUS!!!! What kind of place are they running? It cost our friend $75.00 & place is rundown & on the questionable side of cleanliness., also, employee(mgr/owner??) is very rude and disrespectful of tenants' privacy and comfort. My friend asked her if he could just check out and get a refund, but she would not negotiate anything! This place should not be in business of "Hospitality", because I doubt they even know the meaning of the word!!! I only give it a star at all because I couldnt give this review w/out one! read more

I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my stay here and the way I was dealt with by management. I payed for one night in a one bed room. Within two hours of settling in and falling asleep I awoke to red, itching bites from bed bugs which I could clearly see the bugs crawling around on the bed. I immediately took pictures and went to the office which had been closed at 11pm. I instead of going back to the bug infested room chose to stay in my car for the remainder of the night until the office opened at 7AM. When I confronted the manager with the pictures of bugs and bites he seemed as though it was a common occurrence and no big deal. He stated that the bugs were at all the motels in the area which I knew to not be true and as I pressed on about my dissatisfaction he reluctantly stated that it cost too much to have the rooms bug bombed by a professional. Clearly inferring that he is not willing to do what it takes to run a sanitary business at least. When I asked for a full refund he refused and would only pay me back half even after I didn't even stay in the room but two hours. Stay away of this place. It's dirty and customer service sucks. I came there and rented a room and my friend wanted to come over and spend some time with me. Well, as far as I know, visitors are welcome to visit hotel guests. However, this was not the case in this shitty place. They have a sing in the office that said visitors must register at the office so I was respectful to that I told my friend to register first. Guess what happened, they refused to take her ID and let her in and they simply said that my friend is prostitute!!!!!. What the fuck?! a prostitute won't give you her ID, phone number, and license plate number which my friend was willing to do. I told them I'm leaving and they took the key and took my money. I'm letting the owners know that I'm not gonna leave it here. I'm calling the authority on them and I'm taking them to court. This won't stop by just a review. my co-workers and myself stayed there for 3 days and it was a great motel for the price we paid. We got free coffee/breakfast each morning at their dinning area. They had free HBO and internet we needed to get our work done. Nice place for the rate we paid! read more
