I had called a week before my reservation, along with when checking-in, on changing my form of payment; I sent photocopy of card ahead of time (along with a form Hampton sent me), and when I checked in, gave them the card and she took it back and photocopied it. . That night, I was still charged on the original card; when I confronted the front desk, they said they do not accept that form of payment. Other than that, it was a very nice stay in Everett.

All the linens, towels, materials , etc. are in excellent condition. I was so surprised to see that they offer breakfast delivered to your room. All you have to do is fill out what you want and hang it on your door. So many hotels have become just a place to stay and actually hospitality is a low priority. The opposite is true here. The man at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The views and location are awesome with tons of nice restaurants steps away. Also, as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here. There is also free covered and uncovered parking. BUT I'm also rating the food! There is a complimentary hot breakfast offered with breakfast burritos (and of course salsa, avocado, and hot sauce), scrambled egg, breakfast strata, sausage/bacon, and potatoes. Of course, no breakfast is complete without a waffle maker with both standard batter and a rotating flavored batter. There's also yogurt, breakfast cereal, milk, juice, coffee and tea. There is a huge selection so there's something in it for everyone! And the views are just amazing just from the dining area. I would stay here again!

Lobby bar and bistro are open from five to ten with friendly service. The lobby is comfortable seating inside and some outdoor tables as well. Checkin was fast, and we loved the view from our harborside king view room. Our large room had a comfy couch, micro, fridge, and coffeemaker Our stay was very quiet despite being a weekend. It is an easy walk to several restaurants and a 7-11. Since we have family in town, we will definitely stay here again.

Or 2 couples. The loft features a king bed and its own bathroom complete with a shower. The main level features a nice simple kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and 2 burner electric cook top. The living space is comfy with an oversized couch two comfortable chairs and a perfectly sized dining noon table with room for four. There is also a queen size bed and a full bathroom also with shower. The views are spectacular over looking the Saratoga passage while off in the distance lurk the Cascade mountains. We were so lucky to have experienced both moon and sun rises each day during our stay!! The frolicking seals, numerous water foul and two crotchety herons welcomed us with all their natural glory!! The check in process was easy and couldn't have been more convenient!! We arrived late and entered our room with our issue. We were greeted with some delicious treats, cookies, gummies, trail mix and pop corners!! Such a lovely welcome surprise. There were fresh cut flowers and plenty of warm blankets to enjoy a lovely evening or morning sit in the nicely decorated deck outside. Couple of hot tips for those with an EV. Be sure to have the "Blink" app on your phone as there are 2 charges within walking distance through town. We waited till around 11:00pm when the chargers were vacant. We parked and charged the car as we slept. Grabbing the car around 5:30am when the charge ended. 7.6kw charges. Not fast but in this scenario worked very well for us. $17.00 bucks and the tank was full for another day of island exploration!!
