The Pedestal sink was damaged (cracked) by Reasonable Remodels crew before they installed it. They offered to replace it but never did. There are numerous issues with the installation of the tiles. Pictures with descriptions show the many issues. Reasonable Remodels proposed to: "Straighten any uneven tile edges Level any tiles that are too high or low Properly seal the shower handle plate Replace the pedestal sink with the correct unit" Reasonable Remodels replied to our list of issues: "We're a small operation--not a large company with endless resources--but that's also reflected in our pricing." Their proposal to straighten uneven tile edges and level tiles too high or too low was not sufficient. The shower walls and bathroom floor tiles needed to be demolished and completely redone. We decided NOT to have Reasonable Remodels attempt any rework. The quality of their initial work did not merit them performing any other work on our property.

Regardless of classification, leaving unsecured materials on a roof is a safety concern. The components were not "secured" in any meaningful sense. There were loose bolts scattered across the tiles, and the rails and materials were not attached or properly stored. I did not discover this until weeks later, and I ultimately had to pay another contractor to remove the materials and make the roof safe. Also, I was not informed that these components would be removed and left on the roof without being restored or brought down. That was not my understanding when I agreed to the work. So, clearly T&C Roofing does work they are not contracted to do because I never agreed to them removing any component that was attached to the roof structure. I appreciate the offer to return, but by the time this was discovered, I had already been forced to address the issue to mitigate risk.

All in all, they ESTIMATED $2,400 for all the work and I got it done EXTREMELY QUICKLY and PERFECTLY for $1,200!!! Unfortunately they had no appointments available on the weekend so we booked on Monday with eta 10am-1pm. Weekend rates were $300 per hr and weekdays were $250 per hr. The handyman arrived at 10am. It was nice that they texted you notification during the route and appointment confirmation. He noticed our gas meter was off because of the red light. He told us that usually happen when there's an earthquake or if someone accidentally bump something into it. He said it was an easy fix which would take about 15 mins. He resetted the water heater and gas meter. He demonstrated to me how to do it in case it happen again. Coco County are very dependable and I can easily say they will be my go to for any water or plumbing issues.
