He finished the job within 5 hours. Great work and my painter was happy with the work and paint job was completed the next day. He even helped me secured the kitchen baseboard which came loose. Overall, I am very happy with Handyman Gutierrez. I will definitely call him again for more projects around the house.

I cancelled after they ESTIMATED $898 for a job addition I got done perfectly for $300! All in all, they ESTIMATED $2,400 for all the work and I got it done EXTREMELY QUICKLY and PERFECTLY for $1,200!!! Luckily I cancelled and only suffered the loss of my 10% deposit...they wouldn't return it of course. But it was worth it. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
