Seattle Eastside Pavers installed pavers in our backyard in September 2023. We paid extra to have…read moresealant put in between to pavers to make sure that we don't have weeds growing there. This was primarily the reason why we paid to have the pavers done. 1 year in and there are weeds already growing in between the tiles. There are visible gaps in between the tiles where the sealant should have been applied. It looks like the sealant work was not done well (check pictures). There are a couple of loose tiles as well, near the entrance of the backyard, which just points to shoddy work. Communication has also been pretty poor. I don't hear back about any questions or messages that I send until I email back again asking for an update. That company left a complete mess (and a huge invoice significantly above their bid). We asked Robert to come estimate on the filling of these two holes as well as to fix the newly broken downspout drainage pipe (the original company also burst the main water pipe). Also asked him about some asphalt areas that were affected by tree roots. Hired him to do all of it. They did a great job filling, removing, and paving. Everything was also completed before deadline and any debris was cleaned up. In the future, my plan is to hire him to seal my asphalt. His price is very competitive also. And scheduling was easy.
