It was my first time going to a Hobby Lobby as there is none located near me. It was easy to find parking. I was stunned as I walked through the store looking at the massive selection of Christmas themed products. It was overwhelming since there was so much and so many aisles to go through. I had to resist buying too much. The lines were long, too!

Gift Card - The image features a red rectangular card with bold white text that reads 'HOBBY TO BE BY.' The text is arranged vertically, with each word stacked on top of the other. The background is plain, and the focus is solely on the text and color contrast. The card appears to be made of paper or cardstock, possibly used for promotional or informational purposes at a hobby-related business or event.

Worst non resolving customer service, when it comes to returning of purchase items. Very quick (Steve) to recommend contacting corporate support, and when you do it's just more run around, asking for upper management (Ashley) thy first must send an "email"to the person then transfer, if they pick up or if not leave voicemail. Recommendations: Treat one customer at a time.

Walking in the door... - A pair of weathered, rustic signs with bold, capitalized text are displayed on a wooden stand. The top sign reads, "GOD, GUNS & GUTS MADE AMERICA FREE," and the bottom sign says, "LET'S KEEP IT THAT WAY." The signs have a distressed appearance, with chipped paint and aged edges, and are supported by a twisted metal chain. The display is set on a wooden tray, with a retail environment visible in the background.

Just keep your expectations low and you'll do fine. Sometimes you just need to get your glue sticks and dried flowers on the fly without driving across town and Hobby Lobby fills that gap. The store is littered with cheap junk from China that will be filling up our landfills in the foreseeable future but that's what you sign up for when when you walk in the door. And speaking of walking in the door, the photo attached is what greeted me from the start letting me know christian nationalism is what's on the menu to enhance (or not) your shopping experience. And the music, oh lord the music. I should take a cue from my teenager and wear headphones. The employees have all been very nice and helpful, there's usually lines checking out so plan accordingly.

On a Saturday afternoon in May, I finally got the chance to visit the new store at the old Sears. They did a nice job of making its own. The space is huge once I entered the store. They carry wide variety of stuff. From toys, crafts, fabrics, some furniture, etc. The aisles were clean and stocked up. The line was long with 2 cashiers and I didn't have patience to wait. Nice looking store. Reminder they close on Sunday.

Hours - The image features a glass door with a printed sign for Hobby Lobby in Pasadena, CA. The sign details the store's hours, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and notes that it is closed on Sundays. Additional notices include policies such as no smoking, no shoes with wheels, and accessibility information with a wheelchair icon. There are also logos for credit card payment options like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The door has reflections of the interior and exterior environment, and a smaller notice about privacy rights is attached at the bottom.

Located within the Hastings Ranch Plaza shopping center, this newly opened location of Hobby Lobby is the epitome of what a craft store should be. There is a lot of competition in the craft store space, with stores like Michael's, Jo-Anns along with the biggest player in Walmart, not to mention the on-line presence. But there must be a business driver for a person-to-person retail store of this size opening in this area. Hobby Lobby is still privately owned, and does not hide the beliefs of its founding and conservative history, selling quite a bit of Christian displays around the store. But it's not as in-your-face as I expected. We stopped in while visiting Pasadena, and was really impressed with the retail area. Two things I noticed right away: how large the indoor space was, allowing distinct areas for each type of hobby, so people could be in-n-out quickly once they found what they want. The other thing was how many employees were available....it seemed like every aisle had somebody working, and I dare say that in some areas, there were more employees willing to help than customers actually shopping. It would take quite a while to see everything here. Some things that caught my eye: - artificial flowers and plants section, right when you walk in - very large fabric department, with a permanent employee ready to help. - a very good framing department, as nice as stores dedicated exclusively to selling frames. We ended up buying a nice, inexpensive frame for a picture that we had bought on vacation earlier this year, and because there were so many choices, changed our minds a couple of times on what to buy. And they had so many different sizes, all organized very well. - one can just wander the store when trying to decorate a home. We are past that point (trying to keep downsizing if anything), but really appreciate the designers of this new retail space, doing this for people who are looking for inspiration.

    Cool sign

I actually feel like this hobby lobby had more stuff than other hobby lobby that I've been to. It's quite clean and held a lot of good stuff especially if you're planning for a wedding. Got everything I came here for and many of the items were 40% off which was great.

Only one cashier. Not great customer service at Hobby Lobby - A woman with blonde hair, wearing a light blue top and a black strap across her shoulder, stands in a store aisle near a yellow pillar. Other shoppers are visible in the background, some browsing and some walking towards the exit. The store has bright overhead lighting, and shelves are stocked with various products. The store entrance with the sign 'PASADENA' is visible in the distance.

It's where plastic goes to die. We don't have much choice these days but I left with my eyes and throat burning. Employees were nice.

Having seen his work just walking by, and small run-ins with his work at fairs and local restaurants, I decided to approach him with a near-impossible request -- I am the youngest of 8, and my father passed away in 2021. He drank coffee from the same mug every morning for over 40 years, but only one of us was able to take home that piece of him. It was a unique style, as all pottery is, so I've been sitting on this project for a few years. Yao was not only up to the challenge, but we discussed timeline (not important; I said they'd be ready when they're ready as long as it's by Christmas) and agreed that he would give it a try! Several weeks later, he let me know that he was still working but had finally nailed the unique shape. Several weeks later then, he let me know that he has finished them, but would like to keep trying because the unique (40+ year old glaze) was difficult to replicate and he'd like to try again. Three batches of eight later, Yao produced some of the most beautiful mugs I could have imagined. My family is so grateful, and I can say with full confidence that I will recommend One Cup Studio as long as Sierra Madre is lucky enough to have such a wonderful shop!! We've got a few of his original pieces in our home; his bud vases are precious and his bowls and tea cups are so pretty - but I will be forever grateful for the best Christmas gift I've ever pulled off - and I couldn't have done it without Yao's care and mastery!!!

Leonora have THE artistic eye for the most beautiful fall foliage. I would say that the florals were the highlight of my wedding, and I still smile looking through photos of all the beautiful flowers from my special day. While I am not well-versed in flowers and plants, Lorie still knew exactly what we wanted each meeting and was able to bring the appropriate vase and plant/flower examples. I think after the second meeting, I decided to "trust the artist and trust the process" and let her exercise her vision within our budget - she definitely delivered above and beyond! When I saw my bouquet and florals, I literally gasped in joy because I loved them so much! While the actual wedding day was a whirlwind, I vividly recalled I would look at the floral details throughout the day and it would bring a smile to my face. I wished I could take alllll the flowers, arrangements, and centerpieces home at the end of the event because I loved them so much. I would highly recommend her services for your events.
