Parked for free streetside nearby and walked over, got on the waitlist and was texted to return after just 15 mins. Seated and we already knew the food we wanted, but took a moment to go through the beers to choose 4 each for our flights. I was so excited to try out the place and their homebrewed drinks! My salad was massive, with charred grilled chicken and a delicious buffalo sauce. The appetizers were amazing as well, you HAVE to try their fried pickles!! It was super hot outside so the beers were extra refreshing, I really loved their IPA but their stout fell flat for me. I can be picky! Their Porter also shone, delicious and unique! Service was friendly and super fast. I asked for some modifications on my salad and they did not mind a bit. Grabbed a pint glass on the way out. Would love to come back here and watch a game from the back patio, which is shaded and has misters (and a kid area!).

There were three shuttles running the Sunday we went, and our group of six had made reservations beforehand (highly recommend doing that!). The ride up is worth the trip alone -- super scenic, and our shuttle driver was fantastic. He shared a ton of info about how everything works and how long they've been in business, which kicked the whole experience off on the right foot. Once you're up top, there's a distillery and a restaurant. We headed to the restaurant side for brunch, and while it's a smaller buffet, the food was absolutely incredible -- every single thing was top-notch. The shrimp might've been the biggest I've ever seen at a buffet! They also had brisket, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, and a whole spread of desserts -- and that's just the stuff I couldn't stop raving about. Best part? We never felt rushed for a second. The staff were super patient and genuinely let us relax and catch up, which was exactly what our group of friends came for. It's a bit pricier than your average spot, but for the experience and the food, I'd do it again in a heartbeat -- this is a special-occasion kind of place. What was really cool is I left with a whole new appreciation for gin! The tour was great. I wish I could remember our guide's name because he was awesome. He explained everything in a way that kept it interesting and never felt like a boring history lesson. Learning about Utah's alcohol history all the way through the 2002 Olympics was something I wasn't expecting. They also shared how Brigham Young enjoyed whiskey, shut down other distilleries while allowing his own to continue operating, and that it was later described as being for "medicinal purposes." Learn something new everyday! Oh,'I was also there for "medicinal purposes" It was also really cool to learn how they distill and blend their whiskey and hear the story behind the brand. ( no spoilers here) I even found out I've been drinking whiskey all wrong!! The price was not bad, especially since the tasting is included. Some of the other distilleries in the area charge extra for that, so I thought it was well worth it. They also have a restaurant that serves brunch, we went on a Sunday. We didn't eat there this time, but we'll definitely be stopping in the next time we're in Park City. Overall, this was just a really fun experience. The places was beautiful! It doesn't take up your whole day, but it's enough to feel like you got out and did something. If you're in Park City with friends, or you're able to sneak away from the kids for a couple of hours, I'd definitely recommend adding this to your trip.
